Yes, but I stopped because in one clip I saw someone said burning sage would bring demons into your space. So that scared 😨 and I stopped for while.

Nobody mentions when using sage you need to open a window to release that negative energy, if you don't it'll just be bouncing all over the walls. There's Palo Santo where you won't have to open a window it turns all negative energy into positive

Hello..i never do smudging my entire 65 life. i remembered in my childhood that my father smudge under the house everyime my mother give birth..then he plants fruit tree for each of us and growing, we have to look for each of our trees. I only saw about smudging years ago while watching video, shortly, i suddenly had this thoughts keeps coming back in my mind to do smudging .. so i thought of giving it a try and bought white sage stick .. i never had experiencing about this thats why i was looking some video about Smudging here in Utube and thats when i saw your Smudging Guide. the first time ive smudged with sage, i was around 14 years old in my room and the vibrations of the room completely shifted from stiff/heavy energy to light/positive energy, some decoration lights in my room even flickered once i finished 💨🪶

This is the first video I've found that feels comfortable and informative to me. I've had negative thoughts for so long. I bought my sage, shell and feather maybe 6 months ago but literally felt like something was holding me back from doing it. Today, I watched your video and just did it. While smudging, I played a recording of the sea that I took recently while on a cruise. I feel like I can breath and my surroundings feel lighter. We're so happy to hear that you feel a positive change is happening! Great news about a negative thought pattern is that you can train yourself to replace them with positive ones and by smudging you're asking creator/spirit to back you up in making this change. Every day start your day off with smudging and asking creator to help you have positive intentions and only positive thoughts, put creator in charge thank creator for the day. I've lived at my apartment for twenty year's and this is my first time smugging sage. I really believe that this works. I know there's bad energy around me especially from a bad neighbour that ozes negative energy. I might need a shipment of a cupple of tons to shift this nasty energy that has being plaguing me for month's. I probably should have done this month's ago when the energy was at it's highest volume. Better late than never. When dealing with the devil you have to use every weapon available, mine happens to be sage. If I had to go in the other direction I'd end up in jail forever. I've prayed for this being while smugging. I've been putting this of for month's. Tonight Mr positive this is your comeback fight. The magic of sage has begun, one three minute round is all that's needed to shift this bad energy from my life and home. ( 💞🏡✌️🖖😍 )

After listening to the video I got up to set up my room (open a window , get my things together for smudging) and my lights flickered (that is always a nice message for me). I then proceeded to smudge with my intentions (among which I wanted to smudge the new tobacco I had purchased for an upcoming retreat). ... oh my gosh as I write the tobacco that I smudged released its smell. It is intermingling with the left over sage smell from my smudge. I feel good a bit headachy but also my body is releasing tension. This smudging session felt much more intense (in a good way). I have burned sage per the teachings I was given. I really liked your video which had great tips I didn't know or had forgotten (light your sage first and then add to the rest). What do we do with our burned sage? I have been keeping mine in a container for now till I know better.

I finally did my first smudge. It's a slow process and I should have watched this video before I started. Because I used a lighter instead of a match. Plus, I used the huge bundle of sage, all tied up with string.. Oh my goodness! So then I though, take it apart, but it was already lit.. There wasn't much smoke, so I just did the feather and smoke over my face, hand, eyes, body and just fan some around the room. The huge bundle quickly went out so I pulled it apart and once again started by using the lighter and this time ther was ore smoke and I walk around my home and just say it burn out then I thought maybe I should just take this apart and use a small amount.. clever idea, right:) Well it's a start and the second would be a charm. Puuh

Hi LimingLyn, we use matches because it is closest to a natural resource (wood)! You are allowed to use it in a bundle or break your bundle up in a fire safe bowl, that it totally up to you and what you find easiest. I would like to say thank you very much for the instruction on how to burn your sage effectively lately I have been down in the dumps and feeling rather.... It's hard to explain I'm not sad but I am not my happy self! I fell out of sorts and I can't think clearly, I will try your instructions and let you know on my progress I do believe in positive and negative energy which is a part of your spirit in my spirit and my soul are sad I know I should have done this exercise years ago I am on a forward Spirit journey! Question is it possible that your spirit and your soul have separated but yet they're still connected but have lost they're closeness is that possible because that's how I feel, only one team and crying the one another's closeness I'm doing to be intertwined as one!

I have been smudging for decades (me, my house, friends, before events, when I or loved ones are feeling down) but I have a difficult time keeping the smudge burning. My sage, tobacco, cedar etc. are dry. But the smoking dies out often. I blow gently and fan the embers but they still die too soon. Any hints? Thank you

This is my first time smudging white sage. The reason I'm going to smudge is because a few weeks ago, my 89-year old mother passed away. She actually passed away in the same bedroom in my house that my husband did almost 6 years ago. At the moment I am just keeping the door closed and staying out of there. However, I want to use that room. Thus the cleansing. How do I encourage my husband to move on?

I have found that the sage needs to keep being lighted, as the flame goes out quickly. I have to be careful of the fire alarm as well.

Thanks for sharing - it might not be getting enough air or you aren't letting it burn enough before fanning it! Let us know if that helps and we can see if there is something else you can try - make sure to open windows and doors as well, this will help with too much smoke in your space

Good question J S! That is totally up to you! bundles are great but you need to hold it, or place it in a fire space bowl, OR you can use loose leave with allows more air to pass through the medicines

I know this video is old but someone please help. I bought sage spray (cant burn in my apartment) and used it last night. A few hours shortly, i had my friend cancel plans on me. You say to let the sage burn out on its own. Ive never done this until attemtpting to last nihht. 40 mins later, it was still burning. I ended up putting it out because i needed to go to bed. Why shouldnt one put the sage out?

I was burning my sage of my home cleaning my house. And when I was done my Buddha Beads. Tiger eye My necklace broke. Tiger eyes supposed to protect you. I got rid of some negative energy. crazy
