None of the drinks are meant to be coffee heavy. Americano for example is meant to be mostly water with very little strong black coffee added.

Technically, you have to add a lot of ice for the drink to be properly cold. I used to believe that they were cheating me my money, but after making my own drinks for a while I finally realize the bitter truth. Because they don’t make an exact liter amount of drink it’s the owners who want to save money and supply so they tell them to fill the cup with mostly ice to be able to put less of an amount in but make it look full

The fact that these cafes add so much ice so that they have to use less ingredients and still make us pay so much for the simple ice Ps. This is my opinion. I am from India and they have the same issue of ice. But mostly asking for no ice helps. This is my opinion not a complaint, if you don't like my opinion just ignore and move on with your life. Honestly, I usually ask for no to little ice, because even little ice is a lot and then the drink either melts and becomes watery, or is basically an ice drink.

Holaa!! Soy la encargada de los subtitulos en español, y quería disculparme de antemano en el caso de que hubiera alguna errata. Hay muchos países que utilizan el idioma español y son todos tan diferentes, que es difícil que todas las palabras coincidan. 카페 알바생인데 원래 얼음 포함 가격이기도 하고 실제로 음료에 얼음을 저렇게 가득 넣지 않으면 생각만큼 시원하지가 않아서 가득 ~ 채우는것도 있어요 ㅠㅠ 얼음 적게 해달라 하셔도 레시피 비율은 정해져있는데 뭐하나를 더 넣기도 그렇고 그런거같아요. 대신 저희 카페는 얼음 적게하고 우유나 물로 채워달라하면 그렇게 해드려셔 얼음 적다고 음료 양도 적어지는게 싫으시면 한번 주문할때 그렇게 말씀드려보세요~! 웬만하면 다 그렇게 해줌

@@teamofwinter8128 It depends on what coffee shop you go to. When I go to Dunkin I ask for light ice and they give me very little ice. You can also ask for no ice and get a chilled drink.
