Walkthrough of ESWAT: City under Siege for Sega Genesis. Played by me. Difficulty: Hard.
ESWAT: City under Siege, released in Japan as Cyber Police ESWAT, is a 1990 side scrolling platform video game for the Mega Drive/Genesis video game console. City under Siege was based on the arcade game Cyber Police ESWAT released a year earlier in 1989. The console game maintains the main characters, plot and some of its enemies from the arcade game, but features some different levels, weapons, and bonuses.

An oft-forgotten semi-classic with that early Sega charm. Cool music and solid graphics. Our hero also appears in Streets of Rage 1 as the special attack dude with a bazooka/minigun.

Streets of Rage was almost D-SWAT, a direct spin off of this game here. Heck, both of them almost got new installments by Backbone Entertainment.

Very good indeed. From Genesis I also like Sonic 2 last boss and Sunsetriders' Forest Stage 2 (just before last boss).

Hard as nails but definitely more interesting than the arcade version and with a better soundtrack. Stellar longplay by the way. A joy to watch.

I used to be terrible at this game, but came back after 1 year and 2 months and beat it good. P.s secret sewer is is a pain in the rear.

First time I saw that game was in a rental store with my brother back in 91. We saw the part where the platform starts falling at the end of stage 1 when you are fighting the boss. It felt so real that we said to each other it looked like an action movie. Looking at it today the platform falls so slowly… 😂

WTF!? I remember to not EVER have gone pass the 3rd mission even on the easiest difficulty lol. You're a beast!! Damn! Are you even human sir? Your gameplay was literally way too perfect! As if an Artificial intelligence was actually playing yo! Damn!

@@SkemeKOS No one indeed!! But then again how would he managed to instate an AI to the gameplay? Either way.....the gameplay is literally just as good as an A.I. I seriously didn't think it was possible for a human to be THIS good lol. WTF!? It's one thing having knowledge of every layers and aspects of a mission but his gameplay is simply on another level!

I just got this game on "Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection" for the Xbox 360, which has about forty games. ESwat is kicking my ass.

The suit is cool and all... but mildly disappointed the entire game wasn’t some normie cop taking on increasingly ludicrous odds with just his standard handgun.
