My friend has similar experience with SM idols too, she is flight attendant too ( no need to mention her airlines). She said surprisingly KPOP idol from SM is so polite , because most celebrities she met are arrogant.

항공사 공항직원으로 일할때 유노윤호님 본적있어요. 보통 연예인들은 라운지에서 시간 끌고 늦게 내려오고 혹시 사람들이 알아볼까봐 첩보영화찍듯 서둘러 기내에 들어가는데....유노윤호님은 미리와서 줄서계시고 굉장히 털털하게 인사도 잘 해주시더라구요. 이전엔 팬이 아니었지만 그 이후로 방송에서 볼때도 좋은 분 같아서 응원하고있어요.

힌국 항공사가 문제임. 외국 항공사는 시간되면 문닫고 짐빼고 출발해버림. 나 아는 사장님 힌국 같은줄 알고 3분 늦었는데 절대 안열어줘서 공항서 12시간 기더림.ㅋㅋㅋ 한국인들 외국 항공사는 그런걸 알기때문에 절대 안늦음.원칙대로 하고 땡깡 부려도 안받아주면 그러지 않음, 지금도 이름부르고 찾으러다님.저번주에도 그랬음.

(Good) 0:45 Out of all the singers, the best mannered people were Sm entertainment singers. In particular, tvxq, girls generation, exo, and super junior. They speak politely and they don’t arrive late at the airport. Also, it’s not only the singers who are good but the staffs are good too. Tiffany and Jessica are American citizens, but in order to go to vietnam, citizens have to have permission from vietnam but they didn’t receive permission. Since they didn’t know, both girls couldn’t go but in that time they took it cool and just laughed it out and left nicely. In tvxq’s case, they’re popular amongst flight attendants because when they were leaving the airplane, they folded the blankets they used nicely and put it on their seats they sat on and left. 1:37 The one who I will always remember is the singer jang nara. When she comes to the counter, she’s the type to talk comfortably. Especially, you know how I attend abandoned dog shelters? The shelter I go to, she once came and did service and sponsorship. From what I heard from the shelter owner, she is really really hardworking in cleaning chores. 1:58 Next is the singer hwangbo. She goes to Hongkong often and I didn’t know until later I saw on tv she does some business there. When she came to me, she spoke very easy going and I did the procedures and she left. He told me he practiced a Chinese script and he asked me if his pronunciation is right and asked me to listen to him so he just read it to me. In a good meaning, I felt that “oh this person isn’t just acting like that on tv but he’s just usually like this in real life, bright and playful”. (Bad) she calls them by letters 2:59 she calls him A Okay now it’s time to talk about the bad people. There are few people who make me clench my teeth. In the past 10 years of working at the airport, there is someone who left a bad impression on me. He is a male soloist and he somewhat has age (meaning not young) and I think he’s not active a lot these days. He is a heavy smoker. He kept sitting down and smoking. But when it was time to depart for the airplane, he wasn’t in there so the airplane itself couldn’t lift off. If he comes in, then we can close the doors. So then our staffs went out and yelled his name to find him. Now, a sunbaenim who handled him before said “oh that person is probably in the smoking room”. When I went there he was smoking. So I went to him and said “A, right now is the time for departure to Korea. We have to hurry to aboard the plane” A was so annoyed and said “Are you on your period or what? Why are you so pressuring”. That time, his words were so shocking to me. He said he won’t leave until he’s fully done smoking so I had to stand next to him the whole time until he finished. 4:17 This singer too is a male soloist and was famous. I’ll call him B. B is also a heavy smoker. Long time ago, A and B performed together once and there tendency were similar. This person smokes a lot and even he smoked in lounges. He was detected and was ordered to exit. 4:49 I’m going to talk about two idol groups, male and girl, and call them C and D. C and D are in the same company. They bothered me because they always arrived late to the airport. You guys might think “oh if they come late just cancel them and depart with the people in the airplane. Why do you have to wait for them?”. The staffs give the group’s passports first and we do procedures for them. We take their luggages and after that’s taken care of the staffs usually say “oh we’re this idol group and we’re their staffs”. And if we ask like “when are the idols arriving?” They would always say “they’re coming in 10 minutes”. But they still didn’t arrive during the deadline. If we ask them to cancel, the staffs will respond “then bring back our 10-20 luggages”. But in the aircraft, below there is the containers but there are so much so it’ll take so much time to find theirs. And the person who receives the luggages and puts them in the storage suffers from working hard. Usually when you look for a luggage it’ll take around 30 minutes. The company people know that and purposely asks for it. In our perspectives, looking for luggages will take 30 minutes but the groups are going to come around 15 minutes later soon so mine as well wait was our thoughts. Before they come, we have to call the director and ask for them to not put the luggages in the plane because when they actually come, we have to see their faces and then call the director to put in the luggages. Now this art of law doesn’t apply now which means they don’t come too late anymore. 6:39 Next is another male and girl group. They used to be in the same company and I think they both left the company. For the girl group, I was shocked because at the counter, you know the running machine thing where you put your baggages on top of so it can come to our side to package? As the running machine thing moves, there are slight break/ openings. They played a game of who can spit into that breaking, so they left their salivas inside basically. For the boy group, usually you have to put the baggage on top of the runner. So I asked “Can you please put the baggage on top of the machine?” And the group answered “You’re expecting me to do it? You do it.” I said “The customer has do it”, a girl staff next to them said to me “Hey, you do it” (the bag was huge too). On board, they chew gum and stick it on the aisles. They suck on a peanut snacks and then they spit it to the person in front of them and played like that. 7:51 The last team is also another girl group. They disbanded now. I felt like I was hearing/ talking to people who are gangsters at highschool. But now there are news about them saying they were gangsters in highschool. They had like this presence of the scary people who always cussed and have bad expressions at school. When they talk, they excessively use cussing words and slang. When I’m listening to them, I felt like my ears were going to bleed any second. 8:28 I’m really fascinated how groups act like each other according to their companies. I feel like it depends on the companies because they might teach manner education or not.
