I read somewhere that it is based on a movie, where a group of people were trapped or locked up and had to kill eachother until the last one standing will be set free. Oh and yes those are bombs around their necks. ..I think everyone dies if they don't have one winner when the timer stops. Also the bomb will set off if you help anyone too.
