Great, thank you so much for this video. FYI: Top speed on my m365pro with full charge is 32Km/h on S mode 25 on D mode and 15 on ECO. (All on paved and flat roads. I weight 71Kgs). The maximum speed will lower a bit as the battery drains which is normal, I reached a maximum of 28Km/h when on 3 bars of battery and 26Km/h on 1 bar. The throttle response also degrades when the scooter was on 2 bars or less (takes longer to reach the top speeds mentioned above, no different than the OEM firmware IMO). The tail lights worked as normal (they didn’t blink when pressing the throttle. The only thing i found if I can be picky is That if you are cruising at maximum speed and decelerate more than 3Km/h, if you press down the full throttle back, you feel and hear something like a small “kick” from the motor through the handlebars, It’s not bad but not as smooth as the OEM firmware. You can counteract this effect by smoothly pressing down the throttle. This to me is hands down the best firmware so far that I tested on my scooter. It retains all different top speeds on the ECO and D modes, all lights work normally and you get that sweet top speed on S mode :) I hope that’s this info could clear any doubts you may have had and that this firmware works as well for you as it worked for me.
Victor Carneiro “energy recovery doesn’t work on my Pro” so it’s not good. When I release throttle it continues to go without braking. I uploaded latest stock firmware again and after that I can’t connect the scooter to Home app via bluetooth.
Belamarimages The firmware in your PRO is 1.7.1? If so, I had the same issue when trying to “fresh install” the Home firmware before installing the firmware from the video. Couldn’t connect via bluetooth with the Home app. My workaround that was to delete the scooter from my Bluetooth settings on my phone as well as deleting and reinstalling the Home app. After doing that it connected with the Home app and I could use the app without any issues.
Thank you so much. I don't understand any of the technology and watched other videos which just confused me. I finally found you and it was EASY! You are much appreciated.
I have just done this on my Xiaomi m365 Pro and it’s works. Thank you so much mate going to have a lot more fun I’ve had 30km out of it so far just over 18mph 👌😎
I have the same model (without display). May i know whether we need to hold te brake and press start button to get the new speed? Coz that was whats needed with downG method. Thx
thank you for this tutorial. Here is my experience after I accidentally 'bricked' my scooter and how I fixed it. My scooter is a Pro version. In my experience, it did not matter which version of firmware was on the scooter, it was the version of BLE firmware that bricked it. When selecting the preset CFW version in this app and flashing it to the scooter, it worked fine no problem, my scooter was on BLE110 and remained on BLE110 after this preset CFW flash. The scooter worked okay, KERS wasn't working and top speed was only up to 28kmh, so I wanted more speed and KERS to work. With less knowledge than I have now, I flashed BLE71, the available options were 71 or 91 in the app, thinking it would increase the speed. My scooter then became bricked after I rebooted it, as you do every time you do one of these flashes. This meant I could turn my scooter on BUT, the display was dead, it didn't make a beep when turning on and the tail light would just flash, most importantly the scooter didn't work. I could connect to the various apps via bluetooth, this app in the video, I had the best connection with. I then tried to flash to the other option on BLE91, the bluetooth connection kept timing out at different % and I repeated the process a couple of times until eventually it was successful. Now my scooter had BLE91 on it and still wasn't working like before, but the bluetooth connection was now very stable and I was able to up or downgrade too any version of firmware, this also made no difference, still a dead scooter. After googling, I found a BLE90pro flash file and flashed it, this worked and my scooter was alive again. I then made some custom firmware, flashed that and I get up to 30kmh now. Sorry for the long wounded explanation, in summary, the Pro will be bricked if it doesn't have BLE90 or BLE110, flashing either one of those back on the scooter will bring it back alive. In my case, I was able to flash it back via a dodgy bluetooth connection which eventually loaded, if your bluetooth won't even budge or seem like it may work after a number or tries, you will have to go the ST-link route. The app is now showing BLE versions of BLE90pro and BLE110pro, which it never did before. My advice is create custom firmware of your choice and load it via a downloaded file using this app, that way you not changing the BLE and shouldn't have problems.
right now, i have ESC1.7.1 / BLE1.2.2 / BMS1.2.6 so if i create my own custom firmware via m365pro.scooterhacking org it's not necessary change ESC/BLE... , just load mine created config via Xiaoflasher and it will be okay?
@@martinkinch From my experience, all you need to do is the load the created file yes. The firmware (ESC) will then change to something like 1.5.5 with the new created flash. I am not sure it will change your BLE as yours is 1.2.2. With my Pro, a custom firmware worked on BLE 1.1.0 and 0.9.0, the custom firmware flash didn't change my BLE. I would flash with custom firmware, if it doesn't work, flash a BLE0.9.0 or 1.1.0, make sure is one of these only though, then flash custom firmware again. Custom firmware flash should work fine on your BLE1.2.2, try that first.
I have tried this and for my M365 Pro it only gave extra 5km/h and that is only with the free wheel turning. With me on it it does not go over 27 km/h. In the video the button in the application says "Remove power and speed limit" but when I did it it said " Remove Speed Limit" might it be the case that it does not remove some power limit?
Your very good man thanks for sharing this tutorial to unlock the speed limit of xiaomi m365 it works to me and very easy to do,, no one can beat me now when it comes on e. Scooter :))
Hello I have a Xiaomi m365 pro 2 and I was wondering if I need to check if my scooter needs to have two fuses to use this firmware. Can you please tell me if I need to check that?
the values did not come out the same and I followed every step. When selecting the cfw it says that there is no file selected and proceeds to have me search my chromebook. would you help me please.
Hey dude excellent video👏 much appreciated. Was wondering if you also knew an easy way to lower the cruise control engange time? And also lowering the push to start speed to maybe 3-4 mph instead of the factory 5? Thanks again
Hi I've got a problem. My scooter keeps running after I tap the accelerator to turn off the cruise control. The motor comes down to a slow speed but is still running. It only turns off if I come to a halt. How can I solve this? Thanks
HI My scooter( M365) keeps running after I tap the accelerator to turn off the cruise control. The motor comes down to a slow speed but is still running. It only turns off if I come to a halt. Any ideas? Thanks
I just did this and the dashboard display went black, and the brake light is flashing 1 then 4 quick flashes... is my scooter broken for good now or is there a way to fix this? Please help, thanks!
Hi, I flash it with the full power preset and the scooter will not slow down when I release the throttle. Does anyone have all the settings for this preset. I think it is set to no Kers which it says might damaged the controller. I just want to replicate this preset but with Kers.
Hi Deulman, My scooter’s front flashlight blinks with weak light. Is that normal? If I ride with flashlight on, the scooter would run for a bit the suddenly stops(not losing power, but stops)
mine m365 (normal) is 1.5.6 and after this one, it has lower speed then by default and after releasing the gas it stays on lower level of speed but still ride automatically untill I click brake (like cruise but its no cruise at all) any idea?
I donwloaded the app, but the menu options look different to yours. I tried to adjust premmium settings and managed to change values of max speed to 45kmh, flashed the scooter firmware, rebooted scooter, but the speed doesnt go past 30kmh
I have 365pro,v171. I instal app, push full speed button, and add that custom firmware. Now on scooter firmware is 1.5.5. i try scooter, and everything is the same, same max speed is 25 on s mode. i have 75kg,and speed and torque as the same like the original v1.7.1 firmware. Like there is no upgrade at all.Any help?
Hi great video , I have m365 pro I done every thing as you did in the video it seemed to work but on a full charge on a flat smooth road even slightly down hill it only reaches 16mph is this normal I weigh 82kg Thank you
Hey can any of you anwser. Is this safe to do on the m365? In the video he does but is the only drawback less range or could there be more severe issues with this mod?
Andreas Sotiropoulos yes Andreas. You can brake the scooter. There are so many things that can go wrong. Burn the motor , controller etc. And with the high temperatures we experience in Greece during the summer is almost certain something will burn. The latest I found out was the tube (σαμπρέλα ) melts because of the high temperatures of the motor
I did this flash and my scooter doesn't show flashing lights when it is charging so I have to check the app on percentage. The charger also always shows the red light. Also I don't have engine break after this. Did anybode else has the same problem?
Currently ESC ver.1.5.1 BLE ver. 0.8.1 BMS ver. 1.2.6 As soon as the flash starts I get message "error to many errors or reboot attemps! Reboot scooter and app and try again" does it every time did it the first time I tried any ideas why??? Tia
I'm having some issues, this is typical that this stuff doesn't work with me. I open the app, press on my scooter but it doesn't connect right away, I have to press this icon and then it connects, then it prompts me with a message to press my power button once to identify the scooter, but nothing happens, after that is just disconnects by itself. I've tried restarting everything but nothing works...
Great Video and Easy Advice. Thanks. I have one question - will this hamper my 1 year warranty? I mean if there are any issues related to the scooter and I take it to the service center, will they find out about this issue? Or shall I reset the software adn then take it?
Hello, thanks for your great feedback! I think you should reset the firmware (go back to an official one) before going to a service center, just by precaution...
I've just bought a mi scooter used but not sure what model. I've tried the home app and it says owner needs to un register before I can connect. So not sure what firmware it's got etc.. seems to max out at 16 kmh . Would it be ok to just try this app ? Just want about 20 mph. Can you make the scooter show mph instead of kph ?
Hello sir, After reading the comments on this tutorial you seen to be the right guy to ask my question... I just purchased a Xiaomi 4 electricycle and realized after the fact that it only goes 20km an hour... I must have misread the description 😢 Do you by chance have any info on how to increase the speed to at least 25km? Thanks on advance 😎
Does the application need to be open all the time or do you do it once and that's it because when I close the mobile phone a sound is heard from the scooter
using the free "CFW Fullspeed 47.1 kiB" file, all i get upon finished flash completion too many errors or retry attempts . . . does one now have to pay in order to upgrade? thxs
i already done a speed hack with my m365 which I accidentally well ease my even that fat or faster and not it’s on 1.6.6 can I still change it to the one that your using?
Thank you so much this was the easyeast way I ever try to do this, but is there any way to make the scooter, to start speeding with out kickstart-kickpush?
cfw.sh/ On this site you can config your own speed limit and other features, including the minimum speed for the scooter to start accelerating. Hope it works for you too.
awesome video mister, I just have one question, does this works on scooter with ble 1.5.7? haven't tried it coz i just wanna ask someone who knows first, thanks men.
I have read other flasher causes display and battery indicator to stop working. Will this do the same on Xiaomi Pro 2 scooter? Anyone tried this lately on their Xiaomi pro 2 scooter Dec 2021?
It worked for mine classic one too. But I can't see flashing lights on dashboard when it is charging so I have to go to the m365 app and see if it is charged fully or not.
Laura Adomaitytė I have a charger that has a green light for when it is fully charged and has a red light for when it is not. You should check if your charger has the Little light to.
@@eskilhjortland7961 yes it has. When I used stock firmware charger showed green light when it was fully charged, now after the flash it always shows a red light. Dashboard also don't show flashing lights when it is charging. And also my engine break doesn't work. Do you have these problems too?
Did this on my m365 .. non pro.. it only has 2 modes.. i guess im not getting the performance mode.. top speed 28km/h 100kg. Is there a way to unlock performance mode without changing the display?
bonjour , peux t on faire la meme manipulation avec une xiaomi pro 2 pour la vitesse maximale et peut on retirer le mode charge sur ce logiciel ? merci de ta reponse
My m365 pro's screen won't turn on and the motor won't engage after updating firmware via the ninebot app, after the update finished it displayed 14 on the screen an on my app it said error 14 I turned it off and on but now the brake light just flashes and it won't ride but still connects to Bluetooth, iv tried to reset but no change does anyone have any idea what happened?
In this video you did the update, were you still on the latest firmware or did you have to downgrade first in order to get that speed unlocked. Everything I’ve read online is saying you have to downgrade firmware before unlocking speed.. is this new app able to bypass that need to downgrade first?
