Thank you, great review 👍 Question: Can I connect a DAP like iPhone with lightning cable to optical adapter, and then optical cable out of the adapter, directly to the optical input of the Bit Nove? I would like to play high-res through Tidal directly to the BN.
Would you recommend but one or the nova? I can find the bit one in used market for 150 and the nova for 300 brand new , I plan on running centre Chanel in my set up
it depens on the source. it cannot make low quality sound to a better quality, but it can play with the channels to make it sound much more realistic, like the singer sings infront of you for you when you drive instead you can pinpoint what speaker is on and where sound comes from. good DSP and audio equipment makes the sound soundlike you have instruments infront of you not that you hear sound from speakers. Hard to explain, but if you listen a car without dsp, you can point finger what speaker is playing, but it goes away when the equipment is well made, if you look at the speaker from listenint position, you cannot hear anything from the speaker, it sounds like it comes infront of you.
