This documentary feels a bit heavy. As the hottest star, he has received a lot of attention and a lot of attacks. This is the norm. But there are many people who support him and admire him. This documentary is to record the best characters in this era. He is great, has a very good personality, is sincere, frank and kind. He deserves more people to know and love.
I don't know how anyone can underestimate Yifan's talent, I really liked this very human side of him, it really hurt to see how he works on his diets, I wish he would enjoy his life more without worrying about his weight, I guess life is like one of the last scenes of this documentary, he had to stop the car for a while but then he continued with much more force than at the beginning, for my part I will always support Kris, he is a great artist
Maybe the dieting is a leftover habit from his Exo days. They're always under strict diets in the Korean companies, so if he's gotten used to that when he's young, it's probably almost a psychological unconscious thing to just keep doing it. Honestly I think he looks too thin, he's a big guy, he should just go with his normal weight, but if it makes him more comfortable to be thinner, then that's his choice I guess.
@@karenv525 It could be that, but apparently in China they also have certain strict standards as well so it can also come from there, you're right he's big and he needs to eat well but I also understand if he wants to have better eating habits the only thing that matters to me is that he do it for his health and not to fulfill anyone else's expectations

To be honest, I think all humans are lonely. Loneliness is just a very normal state to be in. It's not something you think only you have but others doesn't have. Instead, everyone is just experiencing different kinds of loneliness. When we were younger we would always think that we need to get together with our friends, make more friends, fit into society and work in a company or something. But in the end it is all just due to our lack of a sense of security. People think they are in a very lonely state. Thats why you'd keep searching for all kinds of way to make yourself not feeling so lonely, but you're actually just lying to yourself. Humans are in fact just lonely species. So humans have to learn how to live with loneliness. Until you learn to grow within loneliness and do the things that will make yourself feel like you can be happy whipe being lonely at the same time, that's when you finally grown up. ~ Kris Wu

That lifestyle is a lonely lifestyle because you can never have normal freedom like the average person, you always feel watched, you can't date someone normally because of the fans and how they'll react, so you just end up alone a lot of the time. It's not an easy lifestyle to choose at all. And not everyone who's chosen it has survived because of that, a lot of artists suffer from depression because of the loneliness and isolation. That's why there's lots of suicides in that business too especially in Asia it seems.
I felt so heavy after watching this documentary. It has been not easy for him during all these years. All the mocks, negatives and defamation on him could have made anyone crazy. In fact, he is such a hard-working & decent person. Wish him the best and happiness.

It’s funny how similar i feel like i am to him; feelings, introvertness, birth situation, can speak the same 3 languages, yet how much of a nobody i am. I’m not even a crazy massive fan, yet how much i want to communicate and genuinely talk to him, not as a super popular “celebrity”, but as a human.

His voice is so deep I didn't expect it to go that deep. I've heard him speaking English mostly and I don't go around doing carzy research on artists I like so, wow. And really what's the point of criticism on anyone? I just don't get it. What good does it do people to discourage others just because they don't meet a certain individual's ideal standard. I think people who say hateful comments to artists are jealous of them and their fame/lifestyle cause they know they can never achieve what that person has and it makes them mad, so they lash out at famous people, ultimately it's their own self dislike and dissatisfaction with their own life.

Imagine being told by not one but several people that you aren't good enough or that you don't deserve the fame you have, it's enough to get anyone down. It gets serious too. Depression is no joke. this was beautiful. i really enjoyed his honesty but man my heart hurts for him so much. he doesn't deserve even a fraction of the criticism he gets and i wish people could see him for the multitalented and amazing guy he is. i'll admit i've been a bit hesitant to fully commit to being a fan of his, but seeing this documentary really made me want to support him in every way possible. can't wait to see what he does in the future and where he goes with his career

I agree with kris you appreciate person for who they are not appearance. Appreciate the talent and them as a person and what the offer to world .
