Seeing how fresh the food is makes me both happy for the customers but also sad for the employees and the amount of work you do in a single day 😭 week up the good work!

(Even if it's with a modern façade). I know that in this part of Seoul, so many traditional old neighborhoods have been knocked down for new apartment complexes, including across the street from you. Keep taking care of the place. ^^ Hopefully I'll visit this part of town again someday and support you. Hope business is well during these lockdown times ~
Out of all the working at a cafe vlogs I've watched specially those from South Korea, this is the only vlog so far that made me and doesn't make me say "oh gosh that's too much plastic", because as much as it can she/they use paper in this cafe. Nice one! Keep it up!
This reminds me of my sandwich job I had a few years ago. I had to make similar sandwiches, but also hot ones sometimes. I always loved preparing the ingredients in the morning and layering them on freshly baked bread for each order. My only enemies were the oven and the frying pan because I burned my arm several times😅😅 but the smell of freshly baked bread and fun colleagues made everything alright
I'm one of those peeps who believe that anything made or prepared by others always taste better. I can't imagine how good the food and drink taste when I come to your bakery. I might decide to just camp in overnight. 😅
