'Ain't afraid to die' has been requested several times and a long time I wasn't sure, if I even wanted to sub it. But for some reason I've stumbled over this song a few days ago and somehow the urge to sub it came up suddenly. In the end I chose the 5Ugly Kingdom live over the The Rose Trims Again one - simple reason: It has this very special, perfect atmosphere. [Ah, and no children singing in the background.]
Notes:
1) During the part before the instrumental break begins ("Hey, smile..." and so on) the point of view changes for a moment. Kyo is now impersonating the person that is 'gone'.
2) There are a few more lines for this song which aren't sung when performed. They are:
街角に一輪の花
空を見上げれば最後の雪が掌に零れて

sora o miagereba saigo no yuki ga tenohira ni koborete
In the corner of the street, a single flower.
I look up to the sky. The last snow scatters from the palm of my hand.
There is this theory that the person from whose point of view the song is can't sing it, because he dies beforehand.
