[Brownie Recipe]
Based on 170ยฐC , 25-30 min
Used pan size : width 23.5cm, length 19.5cm, height 5.5cm
The time and temperature might differ from oven to oven. Please use the probe thermometer! Check your thermometer to gauge the texture. (solid texture if barely chocolate comes out with the stick, fudgy and gooey texture if not)
- Dark chocolate (Felchlin 70% dark chocolate) 270 g
(228 g+ I added about 42g extra. okay to add at once)
- middle sized eggs *6 (4 extra large eggs, in room temperature)
- unsalted butter 250 g
- brown sugar 100 g
- white sugar 150 g
- all purpose flour 120 g
- cocoa powder 30 g
(I used Venezualan cocoa powder, but using Balona cocoa powder is fine)
- 2 instant coffee sticks + boiled water 40 g (not mandatory)
- salt 2 g
- vanilla extract 10 g or vanilla paste 5 g
TIP: Tasty channel recommended you to take your time when mixing the eggs with sugar. But when over whisked, the batter can be too hard after adding the chocolate. So we recommend you to whisk it in low speed for two minutes. Using hand mixer is not mandatory.
