[RECIPE]
Ingredients
150 g bireum namul, 1 teaspoon salt, a pinch of sesame seeds
Seasonings)
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chopped green onion, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic,
1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Preparation)
1. Prepare the bireum namul and clean them.
2. Salt the boiling water, add the bireum namul and blanch for 3 minutes
(Adjust the blanching time according to the condition of the herbs)
3. Rinse lightly in cold water and squeeze out the water
4. Mix the ingredients to make the seasoning of the namul and mix them with the namul.

된장에만 무쳐봤는데 간장으로 해도 되는군요 냉장고에 비름나물있는데 해봐야겠네요😊
