It was likely a scheduling issue. Mumei will be busy next month for birthday stuff. After that it is the council anniversary, after that it is the Hololive summer concert. And it is likely they will also have individual projects following that. They likely considered that they won't be able to have a councilrys gaming collab in a while so they went for it.

@proto7030 Maybe they didn't have time to schedule it for later like you said, but still Mumei didn't have to agree. I guess the reason she agreed and raged when she lost is because she's competitive.
