While his German is still pretty good, it amazes me how much you can unlearn your mother tongue when you stop speaking it regularly. Like how he has a very noticeable accent and doesn't recognize the mistakes in the sentences. Language really is something that comes and goes with practice and usage :D
That's really accurate. My former speech trainer used to say "Practice makes permanent." and that's really relevant for us who work in Customer Service for the US but whose mother tongue isn't English.
That is so true! I came from a non-english speaking country, and had a chance to study in Australia for a year. During the time I was there, I barely spoke with my native language at all and there was this one time that I had a phone call with my mom (who can't speak English), and I fumbled over a few words in my native lang haha. I still noticed my weird accent when speaking in my native lang though, maybe cause I wasn't there for too long lol
I just remembered that his first language was German, he spoke German at home, and his dad was a German professor. I wonder if his family back in Germany makes fun of his pronunciation.
Imagine if he did become a German-Japanese teacher, his students would enjoy his class. I think the chin chin part, he meant who's chin chin are they going to pull?
5:15 they use the French word brassiere (pronounced braja ブラジャー) for bra in Japanese! Im smiling so much kakki content is so hard to come by :’) thank you for this !!
I love Kakki 😍. I always wanted to hear him speak german more. I had heard him speak german at some events but they were very short sentences. I would also like to hear him speak spanish, I think I have not heard him speak it before and if I remember correctly, he can 🤔 but I'm not sure 😅 and thanks for the translation! 🥰
MICHAEL KAISER!!!! i want him to be voiced by kakihara tetsuya. Kaiser is one of the best characters in blue lock. He shall appear in s3 of blue lock. Kaiser is a native german.
Haha, I really love this. XD I think in the second tongue twister they missed one "Fliegen": DE: "Wenn hinter Fliegen Fliegen fliegen, fliegen Fliegen Fliegen hinterher." EN: "If behind flies flies fly, flies fly behind flies." Also, "latente Talent" translates pretty directly to "latent talents". Big ups to Kakki, these ones are even hard for German natives. ^^ EDIT: The last one translates to "Ten tame goats pulled ten cents of sugar to the zoo." Cent is an old German weight measure with 1 cent = 50 kg
The last one also has a longer version: "Am zehnten zehnten um zehn Uhr zehn ziehen zehn zahme Ziegen zehn Zentner Zucker zum Zoo." It's basically the same, but in present tense instead of past tense ("zogen" -> "ziehen") to make it harder and it adds "On the tenth (day of the) tenth (month) at 10:10" at the beginning. But yeah, some of these are really hard even for people who lived their whole lives in German speaking countries, so big props to Kakki!
German's tongue twister is -SEKAIICHI- number one in the world!! xD Ofc Kakki's pronunciation is good, he used to live in Germany afterall That *"Chin chin zo"* lol
2:01 While there’s multiple variations on this, they seem to have chosen a wrong one. The first part of this one would translate to „If behind flies fly,…“ which is bad grammar. It should actually be „Wenn hinter Fliegen Fliegen fliegen, fliegen Fliegen Fliegen hinterher“ or „Wenn Fliegen hinter Fliegen fliegen“ because the sentence lacks a subject.
Nacht... now that I think about it, since Black Clover has a lot of European names, I actually want Kakihara to be part of the series (hopefully hell voice Allen, Zenon's friend)
