I respect that he wants his private life and that he's a very private person, but I really enjoy interviews with people who take such huge pride in their work like Koyasu-san does. That's not to say a less private person is any less interesting, it just makes the more private person that more sought after when they finally do interviews.

@@iam-retarded-but dio for the majority of the story is quiet, and sort of mysterious and murderous, and towards the end he became insane and high which is pretty weird when he was acting the way we would normal would see him do, and his voice fits perfectly when he laughs insane

I can get behind that. Part 1 Dio just kept escalating in his pettiness and prickish behaviour, whereas in part 3 he lost a little bit of that.

@@matthewaddai5336 Biggest issue is that in Part 3 Dio became a lurking boogeyman that had no direct presence until the final fight. A face in shadows that sent his lackeys at them. Part 1 Dio is made by how personal he was to Johnathan, while Joseph and Jotaro only know him from second hand sources.

@@matthewaddai5336 Well, yes, due to character development. There is an important distinction to be made between Dio and DIO. Dio Brando is the megalomaniacal, rotten sod we saw in PB, full of arrogance and hatred. DIO is calmer, manipulative, and philosophical, qualities gained after his defeat and imprisonment at the hands of Jojo. To Dio, victory meant overcoming all your weaknesses, and throwing them at your feet so that they can never threaten you again. He was determined to get out of the slums and make a name for himself by any means necessary because he hated how weak and belittled he was. Thus, he does whatever he can to get his hands on the Joestar fortune, despite the kindness of the Joestars themselves. Once he becomes a vampire, all that shit goes out the window (almost literally, in fact). Dio no longer needs to settle for a mansion and a law degree, now he can take over the world. For much of the remainder of the Part, he is self-aggrandizing, arrogant, and violent. He revels in his new "life" and constantly seeks to reach new powers and to rub it in the face of his enemies. Despite this, he gets royally fucked up, and a century later, he actually manages to escape through little more than a stroke of luck. Now, DIO (as he christens himself), sets about regaining the proper resources to resume his conquest of the world, but not just the world anymore. DIO came face to face with his weakness all those years ago, and he realized that just becoming immortal doesn't guarantee victory. DIO theorizes that true victory only comes to those who conquer their fear, and only in doing so does one gain peace of mind. The first thing he sets about doing is finding a way to discover and conquer that same "human spirit" Jojo used to wound him so greatly, which is why he know surrounds himself with human servants and lackeys. Gone are the days of zombifying humans (although he does manipulate Jack into becoming a zombie, with another common philosophy in Jojo) or simply eating them. Now DIO plays upon the desires and fears of others, and recruits them to his fold through intimidation, bribery, worship, or seduction. Enya is one of those people, and she fulfills a tremendous role as not only DIO's advisor, but as the one who allowed him to manifest his Stand. With The World, DIO truly felt that he was well on his way to conquering the world (even describing it like a light piercing the darkness), which leads into the next point. DIO's life at this point has been advantage and disadvantage (which he more or less directly states as he reflects on the fact that the very body he struggled to obtain links him to the people who stand the highest chance of putting him down), but he has still managed to ascend at mostly every turn. He overcame the slums, he overcame his humanity, he overcame his imprisonment, and he overcame other Stands and Stand Users by gaining The World (or so he thinks). In fact, what ultimately defeats him is thinking that humanity is weak and insignificant, and lashing out to prove his superiority exactly like he did back in PB (although how Jotaro defeats him doesn't make much sense, excluding finally killing him under the sun.)
