Kayanon is reading off the message from "This mess-san", but when she starts talking about how "I don't have a partner and I don't want to", then says Tsugutsugu is moving around too much in front of the mic... he probably thought it was Kayanon saying that, but then she goes to say it wasn't and that sound of relief, that "Aa~ I see", was the sound of angels flying around his head and the chimes of church bells.
