完凸 -> it's Gacha jargon and short for '完全限凸'. Meaning max limit break, breakthrough, potential (constellation in the case of Genshin). 凸 is used for its kanji shape. Essentially you need a duplicate to achieve 1凸. Depending on game, you will need somewhere between 4 to 6 duplicates to achieve 完凸 (for genshin, it's 6, which means you need 7 copies). They are talking about characters which belong to the highest rarity in the gacha, and depending on game, you have anywhere between 0.x to 5% chance of drawing such a rarity character each time (for genshin, it's 0.6% ignoring pity). Furthermore, that's just for rarity, which is shared among characters of same rarity, though a rated up character will occupy a larger fraction of the pool. So you can imagine (or maybe can't imagine) the amount of 課金 needed to achieve 完凸 + matching weapon.

I recently switched to Japanese and I really like Rie as Hu Tao, more so than the English. I just wish I could toggle the language individually for characters, since there are some characters I still prefer in English like Diona.

I think when they say Kantotsu(完凸), it means they C6'd the character, instead of maxing out the stats. I suppose it's easier for non Genshin players to understand that way though.

But what a coincidence that Reina Ueda is maxing the highest group DPS and the highest single target DPS at the same time. But I'm suspecting that like me, she does not have Amos Bow nor Skyward Harp and so she doesn't know how strong Ganyu is yet.
