nah it was just a movie and they are all actors, so it is not awkward at all even though it was “that kind” of movie i’m pretty sure they got over it quickly.
There are behind the scenes interaction between jihyo and insung during frozen flower shooting where they were always laughing and bickering like siblings. The film got lots of critiques esp towards jihyo so I think they are keeping their interaction civil to this day to avoid raising unnecessary rumors.

This was when I thought “oh maybe we will get Jongki back on the show soon” and nope, that never happened. Not only the show got rid of the golden format PD to China, but also Gary left and the rest is history.
hilman harith they bought the copyright for the show and SBS sent the original Pd and staff to China, and the replacements later on is what you’re seeing now, eating and traveling concept with harsh punishment.
they're doing well now though with bopil pd and chulmin pd before that so whatever. the members are too old for the original concept anyway. haha revealed on korean englishman that almost all members had to go through surgery or at least some medical treatment from the physical injuries they suffered from the show. running man was physically taxing to all of them and they even refer to those times as "when our show was hard/tiring to film"
