Jane's just a softie inside. He knows the interns are new and will make mistakes so there is no point getting them scolded. His logic was so mature and tbh his character is so attractive to me!

Jane attacks but he protects as well. 5:27 He is strict but equally towards everyone but not the toxic type of strict. People like him actually brings in a lot of productivity even if they aren’t the sweetest talkers, but he is more reliable after all.

it depends tbh. people have different leadership styles as well as different learning styles. jane's attitude isn't going to work with everyone. and it really shows in the way he's starting to use a more gentle approach with the interns because only that will help them be more productive. with bamee, it's clear she needs a harsher, stricter guidance to actually make a difference.

Wow P'Jane character might be my most favorite character in series of all time! And Off serve his character justice, is making me truly speechless! It's only been 3 episodes and i could already see his flaws and his charming side as well. He's super professional, but also has strong leadership manner. Love him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

p'jane might seem strict and heartless but in reality he's such a good senior the way he's teaching ryan to stand to himself even though he's just an intern,he may be strict but he's fair to everyone they just show that respect is earn and it doesn't matter what age you are.
My God Jane is so damn HOT protecting the intern, don’t throwing them under the bus, and taking the resposability for the error they did. He's a freaking good boss. This series should be watched by every management person.

P'Jane is one of the best character here. Like, he is reliable and well mannered. Problrm solver and professional. Im loving this because I already experienced those kind of mistakes in the field. Kudos!!
At the end of this ep, Ryan actually wanted to console Pie and he even tried to ask if Pie is ok now when they were chatting in their groupchat. But somehow, he didn't know what to say, so he offered her a glass of waterin order to make her feel better. Initially he wanted to ask Pie directly if she's ok in the groupchat, but Ryan changed his mind because he's worried that his words might get Pie more stressed. Instead, he asked everyone why Unit B is needed knowing thaf Pie worked so hard in Unit B on that day. He just wanted Pie to realize that she had done her best despite having done an unintended mistake. That's how Ryan subtlely tried to make Pie feels better. I love how thoughtful Ryan is.

They be calling jane a red flag, always grumpy ,always angry without realizing that he is really stressed about work, There is so much he/they need to do and finish.Jane is just tired. Who wouldn't frown at the amount of work that you have to do. Although he might seem strict and cold but he has a good intention and just wants them to improve by giving them lessons and experience.Then in this episode it appears that jane is caring and soft spoken(only at ryan👀), they just misunderstood jane❤
The older and younger trope here brings me back to SOTUS times just because of how hot headed Jane is and how he takes care of Ryan so much just like how Arthit was with Kongpob. Arthit was very hot headed but he took great care of Kongpob. I badly miss SOTUS!!!😭🥹🫶
Jane is actually a great character but I think we have a lot to learn from these interns characters too & ryan literally represents all the introverts struggling to communicate, Jane's character is by far my most fav character of Off
Going to share my comment on MDL right here as well after seeing so many comments getting frustrated at Ryan...At this point, people need to understand that Ryan's character is portrayed as a "damsel in distress" on purpose. Ryan's character is going to evolve as the episodes progressing. From someone who lacks of confidence, has low self esteem and inferiority complex to someone who is much more confident and knows how to appreciate his own self. Look at how he told his father that he is useless when his father asked him about his internship. Jane is going to make Ryan gradually realize about his self- worth as the story goes on. Meanwhile Jane is going to fall deeper and deeper for Ryan because he can see that Ryan is actually a dedicated and sincere trainee despite his clumsiness and naivety. This is the premise of the story. Both of them are going to change each other to be a better person. If u watch the trailer, Jane would be more cheerful in the later episodes. Viewers should try to relate to the characters rather than finding more excuses to hate on the characters. Oh about the shoelace scene, Ryan knows how to tie his shoelace, but he's a bit slow while doing it, and Jane just can't help having the urge to help Ryan..the scriptwriter kind of wants to romanticize this scene. viewers need to understand that this is actually a romcom as well..
Shooting small ad is could be this hard, stressful and full of problem I can't imagine what goes into making a whole movie. And I'm really glad that this movie gives us a little insight into how many people and teams are behind the scenes and how hard they work. Thank you Gmmtv😊love you as always ❤
No matter how old you are, people are always a beginner at some point in their life. So it's ok to do mistakes, they exist to learn from them! Even top manager were beginners too and for sure also made mistakes. ☺As long as you learn from them, you won't do the same mistake anymore. Btw Off is so freaking handsome, I can't even ❤ I really missed seing him in a series.🥰 And I'm always so impressed that Gun can still look so young and so cute even tho he is 30😭

P'Jane é um bom mentor, ele pode parecer arrogante, mas no fundo só que o melhor para seus estagiários, a cena dele impedir Pie de levar a culpa foi gigante, claro que ele tem que melhorar no sentido de fazer seus assistentes confiarem nele. A cada episódio mais me identifico com Ryan, e o seu jeito desastrado 🥺🤧 Estou apaixonada por esse Bl, a cada episódio aprender uma nova lição. Minha nova obsessão😊😍
I feel bad for Pie but talking about her mistake to Ryan who's already a pro at getting scolded and making everyone wait was hilarious 😂 I guess she'll have the same escapade like Ryan in ep 2 who wished for nothing else than to leave but that'd be silly when the auntie was pestering her and she just wanted to get rid of her nagging but no one could answer her question and she didn't want to bother Jane even more when she saw how busy he was. The auntie is to blame lol
its only ep 3 and i already know im gonna rewatch this series over and over again and its gonna be added to my list of comfort dramas, this series is so well made, doesnt feel like a gmmtv half-assed show anymore, there are such minute attention to details and the cinematography is so picturesque, every frame is pretty, and the overall vibe is so soothing, and the music, the music keeps me seated, it just calms me down, idk what it is but this drama feels so attractive, i am invested in all of the characters' story line and not just the leads, i loved pie so much this episode, somehow related to her struggles and aspirations. this series feels so different from other gmm shows, it feels like a kdrama almost, i hope they keep up this pace and editing in the further episodes too, and there would have been no one better than offgun for the lead roles, loved when jane stopped pie from stepping forward and took the blame on himself and how professional and kind hearted he is behind that strict facade. i literally cant stop thinking about this show, i should have just waited for it to be over, now its torture each week to wait for a new ep.

I like View character so much. I was just like that,if I did a mistake in my training period, i keep blaming myself ,try to be perfect. Poon is cute too, always happy with his work, supporting all his friends and View too. Sea character looks cute but haven't shown a personality yet that being a lover boy same with his girlfriend, though she got the best mentor .
Jane is strict yes but he's so caring too please 😢 Like he cares about the interns and his soft spot for Ryan makes me giddy. Like he's already doing so much for him, I can only imagine what he would be like once they actually get into the dating stage 😂❤ the chemistry is insane, love them truly
I am crying, but not just because I relted to what Pie said and thencried about….. rather what made me relly tear up and cry was when Jane signaled Pie to stand by and not to say anything, to protect her and so putting the blame on himself omg I am ugly crying by now 😢😢

This series is totally a breathe of fresh air but yet it still gives me that intensity kind of vibes, I love this series so much. Btw this ep literally bring out the anxieties in me, I'm so afraid that Ryan get scolded again. P'Jane might look very serious & fierce but deep down in his heart, he's actually a lovely & soft hearted boss.

Goodness Pie is such a sweetheart 😢 the stuff she said when she was crying, was sooo relatable. Those feelings of uselessness and incompetence are feelings I know too well. Even bad-mouthing others and feeling that instant regret. So dang real 😅 I am so proud of View and the work she puts into her characters I might relate to Pie more that nong Aylin now 😂

Ryan ha hecho un buen trabajo hoy y creo que ha aprendido, a través de Jane y su hermana, una lección. A veces disculparse o ceder ante el cliente hace que las cosas vayan mejor, sobre todo en ambientes en que hay mucho volumen de trabajo y trabajadores. No quiere decir que el cliente tenga razón y que la culpa sea tuya, pero es importante no empeorar el ambiente y que el trabajo fluya adecuadamente.
this is going up the list for ALL the series i have watched, it's because i'm a univesity student who has experienced being a student OJT once in senior high and will be doing it again for my senior year now in uni, it's also because i am very VERY interested in video production (and is actually considering pursuing the degree i really want which related to video production, editing, and cinematography after i graduate with my current degree) and because i love the direction, cinematography and the all of the actors i love is in this, BUT most of all the script!! 😩 the script and the story telling aspect is so clear, so direct, relevant, relatable and just so true to life (i have been in the place of an OJT student that encountered most of the problems they showed so far), i have always loved parbdee's works but wow, this one will probably end up being my #1 at this rate 😭 we're literally just 4 episodes in, I REALLY HOPE MORE PEOPLE EVEN NON-FANS WILL WATCH THIS 😩💚
