thank you for this lesson in history and in the fact that we all have to accept that we will not always be young. It was very good @meowmix. Touching, painful and hard to watch, he was the best for his time as Yuzu has been in his. The torch always passes to the younger. I am glad I have seen some of Takahashi's performances, he was amazing. I am also very happy that Yuzu has found a path forward since retiring in which we can still see him skate. I watch a video, at least one, every night before I go to bed and smile. Again thank you for this wonderful video
Think it’s amazing how he went from being one of the best figure skaters to having no ego and entering the ice dance section from the bottom up again. A totally different discipline he had to learn. Says a lot about him. A wonderful man and skating ambassador. Never give up on a dream x
No one understand better it than Hanyu! He has been booed on the podium by his own people and he didn't let it negativitely affect his own dignity or deep respect for every other competitor! He has been the ISUs most underrated skater ever in every competition throughout his career! In Finland, even today, people talk about how it was possible to give 20-25 too low in scores to the best and totally completely flawless performance ever in the history of skating when he skate Hope and Legacy in WC in Finland!? He is a natural talent the like of which is born only once in 1000 years ! Despite that, the judges have treated him like a bad skater, grossly underestimating him always! Juniors were treated in a mean and degrading way in every country and skaters openly hated each other! Hanyu stopped all that bullying and rude behavior among skaters and showed with his own dignified behavior how both young and older skaters should be treated and encouraged between all the skaters each other! He has been very badly injured many times even to the point where it has threatened to end his career! This list can be made as long as you want, and you ask, does Hanyu care and understand? How can you ask and question such a thing? Of course Hanyu understand much better than other skaters what Takahashi has gone through! He also respect's very deeply Daisuke! When Hanyu left ISU and became a professional,he took all the audience with him too! Now ISU has asked Hanyu to come back!? No audience, no money to ISU! You understand? Brian Orser said that absolutely not as long as the ISU's systems and the judges are so corrupt,a skater of Hanyu 's caliber cannot come back! The level is terribly bad in skating these days and it is entirely the fault of the ISU and the Judges! Their new lapdog is Ilia Malinin(a very bad skater)until their old lapdog Nathan Chen comes back next year! Nice weekend to you from a Finnish/Swedish girl.😊🌹
@@j_ak4518 Ms. 鶴野陽子, the OP, is not a Daisuke fan but a 'big fan of Yuzu,' judging from her claim. It would be a nightmare for Yuzu fans to have her seen as a member of their group because she always makes a nuisance of herself. However, we might need to be more tolerant of her. I saw an article about dementia, and it said: An individual with dementia may experience mood swings or personality changes. For example, they may become irritable, depressed, fearful, or anxious. They may also become more disinhibited or act inappropriately.
