Some things to note, Panette just needed to get hit by the first Lance guy to get into Vantage range or I could get her a higher Leif level, as the reason people keep her low is to not get the Masterlance which sucks, but with only the Cinq that's not needed.
Chloe with Spd+3 would double the Mage Knights and with a Hector Engrave Brionac +4 an Energy Drop and Spd+5 she should be able to orko the Axe enemies and the bottom Martial Monk while still being able to double the Mage Knights, I didn't showcase the former as lazy and didn't do the latter because I would've needed to redo SP distribution to see if I even had enough SP saved for that specifically, but overall that's not a hard fix throughout the run.
I haven't thought about how to get Ivy to orko the bottom Martial Monks and the only way to help Kagetsu is actually training him instead of sandbagging him, but I don't know how much that would really alleviate that side of it as the thieves and griffins are fast as hell and tanky.
Something to note is that @xsmu1729 does have a plan for DLC with only Edel, and there is potential for a no DLC 2 turn, but both of which are still quite riggy of course, maybe in the future it can be somewhat reliable.
