He's actually found a new lease of life, well into his 80s. He's lost weight, his singing is totally on point, and he is delivering a top show with his own brand of humour. Great to see!
First time seeing Englebert Sunday at The Grove. In top form and did not dissapoint. I'm so glad to have witnessed him in person after so many years. It was a full house, totally sold out. There's a good reason he has endured so many years in the music business. Simply wonderful!

Englebert is truly soul food for his music, which has eternal love in it. I've listened to him for 53 years. I am 62. The man is magnificent and a true showman and a beautiful voice, no body else has. He is from an era where real music was made, and it lives on through the ages and outlasts modern music by decades. He is in a very special league, with Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Elvis,Elton John, Billy Joel, Buddy Holly etc, this music is eternal.

This blows my mind . I’m fascinated by what performers can achieve in their later years . Mick Jagger being one example . This is special . Not just the power of his voice but the instinct and creativity with ad libs, the focus the energy and command of stage is there in abundance like he was in his 50’s and Englebert is 87??!!
