The metal plates are wrongly inserted, it's notch should be placed at 12,3,6,9 like in wall clock, if that not correctly placed that engine will produce vibration, not at slow speed but it will be on mid and high range.

You should replace the piston because it has a carbon reaching half of the piston....it will looses compression at the high rpm. And it also will reduce the power of the motorcycle...BTW, your video was soo detail.....good job🖒....im from malaysia
yup ...but Compression and performance was great for now...so decided not to waste this good bore and run this bore for more 2000Km or so ... after its completely used then we'll go for next rebore
I know am bumping into an old video, but here at 6:20, you are saying that the beveled side should face outwards(face top), but the rxg manual says that the chamfered(beveled) side should face inwards. Which one is correct? 🤔
भाई मुझे ये बताए कि अगर वाल्व गाइड में साइड प्ले हो तो उससे बाइक के इंजन पर क्या फर्क पड़ेगा और इंजन में क्या क्या दिक्कत होगी और वाल्व गाइड को चेक करने का सबसे आक्यूरेट तरीका क्या होता है
Bro clean the piston and its piston ring groove a lot of carbon deposits are there it makes the the ring to seat badly or change the piston it cost on 500 RS to 700 RS it makes the job better
Ini model paling dicari tp diMsia diawal pasarannye sgt perlahan .. Bila pemilik sudah mngenalpasti kehebatannye hingga motor yg ada nama dn lebih besar cc nye dgn mudah dpt ditewaskn.. Hingga RD 250 pn dgn mudah mampu digugatnye..jualannye ditarik balik oleh kerajaan ketika sdg laris dipasaran.. Xtawla apa sebabnye.. Tlg betulkn kalau info ini salah..
sir mujhe nahi lagta kabhi rx ki kisi bhi series me enhine gasket aaya ho... necoz mene bhi ek engine restored karwaya tha jo ke first time khula tha usme bhi gasket nhi tha cassing me.... or jahan tak mene dekha hai to engine gasket jab use karte hai cassing ke face out ho..leakaging ki prob ho sakti ho..
Bro in my rx there is a minute play in the cylinder piston do I have to reborn the engine the engine over heats and some rattling sound in it.pls reply
Any specific reason for following the figure of '9' instead of tightening even number Nuts in Cr-Cross pattern in any 2-Stroke engine Cylinder Block of Yamaha and Suzuki bikes.
Instead of putting Gasket between Chamber 1&2 it is better to put sealant called Fevibond which comes in white colour is far cheaper price around Rs55/-,easily available in any automobile spare parts shop than Suzuki-Bond commonly used during assembling gear box in MarutiSuzuki work shops costs around Rs240/-or may be more in tube....Putting Gasket in between two Chambers as shown in this video, while assembling RX engine is not advisable nor this is found in factory fitted Yamaha engines.This type of sealant bond is far superior in sealing between soft metal surfaces as it is found and are used in present time various cars and bikes.
For your kind info - The component u r calling friction plate is called Clutch plate & the component u r calling clutch plate which is dotted plain plates are called pressure plate. & 1 more thing, 2T oil means 2 stroke engine oil. So u said u r using 2T oil, not engine oil. Ultimately wo engine oil he toh hai 😂😂 By the way nice video.
