Does it come with bolts to screw on engine? If not what size bolts are they?

If I remember correctly, no it does not.

Is the leveler bolted to the intake manifold? Looks like you removed the 4 manifold corner bolts and used those bolt holes with longer bolts.

Yep you are 100% correct. We removed the corner bolts and installed some longer ones.

Thank you for the feedback! Unfortunately we cannot go back and remove the music. We hope you understand and we have ran into music that said it was copyright free end up being copyrighted so we have quit putting music in our videos. Only really at the end when the videos are pretty much over. Thank you again for the feedback!
