A friend of mine and I rode our Harley's from Texas to Banff and on the back way stopped there. He had been a T-33 instructor and fortunately saw the T-33 on the pylon in front. We had a great visit with the really nice folks and decided we'd just start stopping at museums since the scenery had been about as good as it gets. We ended up visiting the SAC museum in Omaha to top off the trip.

Bravo, after so many years and it runs like new. I often drive past the hangar but I am not lucky enough to see this wonderful display of technology.

Was this Warbird Lancaster built in Canada?

I'm not sure. Probably. My Grandpa worked at a plant installing instruments, so I've been told.

Malton Ontario built Lancs. At the time my uncle was a civilian flight instructor. When a certain number were built, they filled them with spare parts and flew them to England for use in WW2.

Do the other two engines run? Hope so. Nice to see life in another Lanc.

I sat in the pilots seat [Spike] back in 56 when it was parked on the Hi Way in Alta. Thanks to all the airmen here and gone who risked it all to fight Fascism! Its raising its evil head again under a new name. Jew hatred will bring a curse on anyone according to my Bible. Gen 12:3.
