the first time i saw this vid was at the beginning of high school, not really knowing what they were complaining about. now i'm an engineering student at uoft and totally feel their pain lmao. the tuition has also increased to $16k
my condolences to the family of the first guy who stands up, this is a masterpiece and i'm sure ur son has made many people laugh just by looking at this video alone even after his death.
At the University of Washington, our music department held an annual April Fool's concert for at least 10 years and perhaps still does. Students did sketches on every professor and instructor, every ensemble, on conditions in the practice rooms, how to sneak in after hours to practice... In classes, one teacher was famous for condensing the rules of composer Palestrina into "instant Palestrina" - so, naturally, one of our sketches was a wife cooking breakfast for her hubby. He asks "What's for breakfast?" and she answers "instant Palestrina". The professor actually fell out of his seat laughing and giggling. Good group.
Lol funny how I came across this video back in like middle school not understanding what they were complaining about to ended up being an engineering student in UofT.I feel u now ;)
To everyone who doesn’t understand this right now and is thinking of coming to UofT Eng :))) it will be the best yet the most painful academic journey (yes going insane cuz guess who has an exam tmr that I don’t even know if I will get a 50 on)
I tried engineering for a year, then i quit. And again started it, now with double degrees. Idk if i am the most over confident man or the most stupidest man 😂😂
Aditya Pal welcome to our top University. This is engineering, biology, chemistry or any form of life science. If you hop over into humanities you can see diversification there.
Pombocz Well that's why they're failures. If Toronto was in China. I'd most likely be living in China or in a bordering country. (I'm maybe 4-6 hours from Toronto)
Leontynka Adam Certain races are dominant in certain classes here. Asians have the majority of the engineering classes where brown people take business or computing. White people tend to stick with the trades or take history and English. Toronto is really multicultural; more than most US cities I've been in, anyway. It's not uncommon to see a black, an asian and a white hang out with each other.
I am cringing already. Oh yuck. When the song started. Then this clout chasing podunk kids start spouting. It is all sad. Especially because the city truly sucks.
