@Jim Palmer That's what's wrong with a lot of football these days... they play it on paper beforehand tactically. Most nations have different ways of playing. We Scots naturally play with aggression, passion and pace... that should never change. England play differently... they naturally play it simple and play with aggression when needed and with passion. That's both our countries identity. It's being coached out of them by people who over complicate the game. I looked at that England team yesterday and how they played and imagined players like Butcher, Robson, Gascoigne watching that and pulling their hair out.

@Jim Palmer .. 100% England should be beating Scotland, Wales etc with the players they have at their disposal. I heard comments from ex England players saying pretty much that it was going to be an easy win. Which makes me think in the past they went on the park with that attitude.... and I think that some players on Friday had that same feeling. Scotland as underdogs didnt have that... so we fight harder and match them. In saying that the feeling from a lot of people before we played Czech on Monday was that we would win...so we also have that problem at times before a ball is kicked.
