Ah, England, why even bother stepping onto the football pitch? 58 years and counting, and yet, not a single major trophy in sight. One lone trophy, half a century ago, gifted on home soil with more questionable calls than a dodgy referee’s handbook. Perhaps one day, England will come to the profound realization that their true talents shine brightest in the tranquil setting of a cricket pitch. They might then decide to graciously step aside from the realm of football, allowing those who truly comprehend and appreciate the beauty and intricacy of the sport to take center stage. This would prevent the cringe-worthy spectacle of watching them stumble and fumble through the game like bewildered amateurs, completely out of their depth, and struggling to make sense of the basics. Oh and "It's Coming Home?" More like you’re perpetually packing your bags, forever destined to wait for a trophy that will never arrive.
I've been around for so long that I've heard it's coming home very very often.. It's not going to happen. It's just a game.. played by the over paid and unimportant.
There’s something drastically wrong with uk football When in nearly 60 year England can’t get one bit of silver or win a final EVER !!!!!! QUITE INCREDIBLE And UNBELIEVABL
Home is now Madrid, where the Euro trophy has spent more time than anywhere else. It was in London twice, but it left with its rightful winner in 96 when it went with Germany, and 2020 when Italy snatched out of the Englishs hands and off to Rome it went.
@@Thunderworks well you should my football i have a tattoo on my right arm. dallas cowboys. we also have the biggest and most expensive stadium in all of sports. we are the only fans who wait in line and run in the stadium. we love football. no soccer
@@aclark903 because some England fans think their team is the best when in reality they play very poor England fans need to be more humble and understand that their lucky to be in that position
All the overly emotionally invested football fans, kpop fans, actor fans, singer fans, swifties and all other type of fandoms, have something in common. Just a bad day for their team or icon can turn into a bad week or bad month for them. I find it silly but I also do care for some other kind of trivial stuff. We suffer most in our minds than in reality. The anxiety, the anticipation, the hopes, the heartbeat; maybe we crave for it, some sense of belonging, some external point of meaning and purpose. Imagine explaining to a person who is anxious about going hungry and not making it, explaining to someone whose loved one passed away, explaining to someone whose health is not well, explaining to someone who got into some accident, explaining to some facing actual blows of life, explaining to someone who is on brink of ending it, explaining to him that I am sad and devastated because a team couldn't hit a ball into net. Being devastated because of a football game is a luxury and privilege not all people have and we should be thankful to almighty for it.
Love football but why be so ridiculously miserable over something so trivial. Be proud that Spain have an entertaining group of players and you can watch it for years to come. If you sent the England Squad out on the piss, they would of probably done better rather than them standing about and overthinking things in that typical stupid english manner. England is very old fashioned, it doesnt change, theres still managers in the league who I never even remember as players and im getting on for 40 !
