Fantastic quality, keep up the amazing work. England were like a free flowing Jaguar on all cylinders. J.J was one of many outstanding performances but deserves the MOTM. Respect too Scotland as they never gave up even after realising early on that their backs were up against the wall. Both sets of fans made the atmosphere chilling with their support with song which only added to the spectacle. The referees officiated the game in a calm, respectful but controlling way which allowed the game to flow. Can England go on to break the record of consecutive wins held by the All Blacks and win the Grand Slam, we will just have too wait and see. At this moment their like a train....smoking and if you don't step off the track they'll role right over you.

Was a realised even though we beat Wales and Ireland at murrayfield playing England at twickenham different animal as it proved too strong for Scotland here it makes the 2019 and 2021 games for us as achievements to win on english soil very very difficult.

I'm glad we turned it around this year I don't like rugby that much but I'm glad we beat the English they did well to though

Scotland are a good side, there is no doubt about that and its great to see them playing well, England were just too good for them on the day, we are hated by the other home nations, but what they fail to observe is that hatred just spurs England on to be better.

I do feel for the scots as they met a England team that was angry and annoyed from that Italy game! I said that this would happen and it did and now we are off to face Ireland who ended NZ unbeaten run! IRONIC!

Test match rugby, more than any other sport, depends on who turns up on the day. England did, Scotland did'nt. All credit to England for a fantastic performance which had Eddie Jones written all over it. Can't wait to see some of these players in NZ later this year.

Any of you current enthusiasts remember the game as played until about the mid 90's...the dawn of professionalism and the allowance to "place" the ball in a tackle...albeit immediately? That, of course, meant that it was advantageous to go to ground where there was a greater chance of controlling the ball, make even more so by sanctions on what tackler or "rucker" on defense was allowed, as opposed to risking the maul where ball could be wrestled from ball carrier or momentum of maul could take ball away from attacking team and result in a turn over scrum.....This game has become the bash bowl like US Football as a consequence of that little change in the laws...now very little to be done by defense in rucks, so they spread about the field, no space to exploit, so tactic is to bash the ball into the defense ( making game now a 23 man game as subs are needed) and a concussion rate that rivals American professional football...with all its scandals about long term damage to players and subsequent multi-millon dollar law suits.....Is that "progress" of a beloved game?

This was an amazing match for England. They are hit and miss, mostly miss. But this was a performance to be proud of.

I'm left seriously wondering which England players would be left out of the Lions team in order to include players from other nations. They may not be the best in the world yet, but as a unit they are the complete thing over here, and improving all the time.

The Scots went into this game with the clear aim of trying to wind the English up, i have not liked how cynical this Scottish side play. They are almost constantly infringing at the breakdown and here trying to start something all the time.

Some comments on bbc forum re England are mainly African players ? We are proud of every one of them and respect their heritage and they are 100% England . I am Celtic ,Nordic ,Cumbrian and 100% English . Quit the unpleasant stuff .

Scotland fail to convert possession into yards gained far too often. England far too strong in all departments for them. ENGLAND!!!!

Can anyone genuinely tell me why george ford is still in the team? every team we play clearly targets him and runs at him and he just gets bounced out of the way every time. He brings nothing to the team! How that wasn't a red card on elliot daly, ill never know.

No problem with the lift tackle call in the first few minutes against Scotland, but what about the forearm into the Scots tackler that followed that tackle...No 6 England. This crap goes on quite often without a call...shoulder fine, not forearm.

AND SENT THEM HOMEWARDS TO THINK AGAIN the only thing that spoilt a great day was a bloody aussie wearing the English rose.

When will Scotland come out of the fog? this has to be one of the worst displays I've seen from a Scottish side in years , when the game went professional, Scotland went backwards .they need to get their act together and fast !

James Haskell really was a garbage player. He just trotted around the pitch in a position where he knows he wouldn't be passed to, always turned up late at the break down and when he did get there just flopped on top of it or loosly bind on the side and he hardly ever made an important tackle. Your a flanker Haskell, it's your job to be at the bottom of every ruck and to smash in a tackle every 30 seconds. Lazy man.

Where are all the kiwis with their big mouths? They only watch one team....their own and the whole of their population seem to think they are unbeatable. Rest on your laurels All Blacks while England try to learn how to win. We will see when the Lions get there if they still have to cheat and bully to win and rely on referee favouritism.
