I believe teacher Annmarie who has also a Bachelor Psychologist Degree if I'm not mistaken! While listen to the teacher, I had a feeling of going back to school. Sitting on the bench among the other school mates facing the teacher with open eyes and ears. It likes I was dreaming and all memory came back! To avoid burning out after a stressful working day, I used to listen to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Beethoven or Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. I had never given up in just a case of burnout due to I had been trained to due with any circumstances! Thank to my boss at the bank!

To take a step back means to stop doing something or to stop being actively involved so you can be more objective about the situation.

After living through three burnouts I learned I could not detect my own stress level. Then I learned what the indications were and now finally I see/feel when things go the wrong way. Then I take a step back (or more) and start walking.

We're all burned out. Nothing is better at getting us going than Robyn's Morning Express. We all agree things haven't been right since her news was taken away from us. How's that English.

Thank you for the lesson. I love to watch your lip movement as you pronounce. To avoid burn out I disengage from demanding situations and take time to relax and reflect on the best way forward.
