@@prairiegirl9770 that’s so kind, hope all is well with you, we are heading to autumn/fall far to quickly just had the first of the logs delivered for winter ,
Oh Heidi, your poor fish. My brother lost all of his to the local heron. Your garden is looking great. Love the yellow daisies. You're right, it has been a strange old year for us gardeners. My sunflowers are blooming at last. So late this year. Hope you enjoyed your hols. x
Your garden continues to be delightful and colourful Heidi . Here in Lancashire some of the tree are already beginning to turn. It's been a funny year weather wise everywhere.
We took an autumn walk today, in August wrapped up we had pumpkin spiced latees and hot soup in our local as all the customers lamented over our wet summer x x they even lit the log burner
Your garden still looks beautiful Heidi despite the weather. I think my roses suffered the most out of all the flowers. A lot of buds rotted before opening due to the constant rain up here in southern Scotland and it was quite cold at times during June. It's a lovely day today but I think Autumn is not too far away. Very misty and full of spider webs this morning.
I know the weather feel autumn and I’m just trying to plan ahead, I have applied to open for NGS next year and think I will open in spring and then autumn, lots of plans in my head , hope your late summer arrives soon x
