🌿🐦🎵🌸…. I love waking up early to your videos, inspires me for when I’m able to get into my garden and get my hands dirty, nothing like the excitement of seeing plants pop up that you had forgotten’ about. Your bathroom is looking beautiful.. well done both😊Enjoy your week. Alison x
Fab colourful garden Heidi. I hope that your hip is feeling better, and you are not over doing things? So difficult when you want to get on with stuff! So lovely having cuddles with your dog. Blessings from a sunny (for a change) West Devon, England, and Jilly & Madge the rescue greyhound. xxx
@@Thetudorcottagediaries Madge is a greyhound, and does not loose a lot of hair, but is loosing some at the moment, getting her summer coat, as Lincoln is. She is black, so at least it shows up to be able to get rid of. xxx
Love, love, love your bathroom. I'm really looking forward to the full reveal. Leggy cosmos can be buried deep like tomatoes, roots appear on their stems so I discovered. Accidentally broke the top off of one of them so made a hole and popped the top in. Did a mild version of the Chelsea chop and wow, still got cosmos flowering away, I shall be doing that again and popping the tops in the garden. love learning!
You have a beautiful garden and I enjoyed watching your video. I live in Australia New South Wales about an hours drive to the coast of Newcastle English cottage gardens are so beautiful
Such a beautiful garden! Today we were hot! In the 90’s/30’s. I replanted some Alyssum and Pansies into a shady area. Then replanted the bed with more heat tolerant flowers for summer. Cleavlandii Sage, Gazania, Coreopsis verticillata 'Zagreb' . Probably tomorrow I will get out the shade cloth to cover my vegetable garden. I so hate Summer in Tucson Arizona!
A lovely tour and cushions are a fab idea. Lincoln is very handsome. I look forward to seeing your roses.. We are very likely listening to rainfall at the same time as we're under a weather warning here. Wishing you well
Did you get that thunder storm so loud her and it stayed for 2 hours poor Lincoln woke us up for belly rubs at 2am lol then snored through the worst of it !
@@Thetudorcottagediaries@Thetudorcottagediaries 😮 we didn't 😢 I love a good storm but on the coast we seldom get them. We had torrential rain though. We had to dig a gully in late winter as for the first time in 17 years we had a spring come up in the back slope and nearly flood our house. 😮I planted some mixed annual wildflowers and others into some compost and popped it into the gully. Only a little...and it's now down our back steps as it all washed down the gully. 😢 Its been such a tough 7 months.
You so much for sharing your beautiful English cottage garden so beautiful you have taken such loving care of it. Thanks so much for sharing it with us. Hugs and kisses from grandma Sandy and Debbie.
Your house and garden are so beautiful. Its what I aspire to.I have been gardening for years and still havent attained this level.Still a work in progress.
Really lovely video, Heidi. I'm new to your channel a few weeks and always a joy! How long have you been in your garden. If theres a video of before and after you arrived? Have a great day. Love your bathroom too. Xx
There is a terrible video showing what it looked like before we have been here 4 years pandemic self move right in lock down, this was vacant as soon as lock down announced they moved to be near older relatives in Sussex so abandoned the house for months then after 3 months we got the keys
