This gravy doesn't have enough chilli. That's as valid a criticism as saying this bowl of Frosties doesn't have enough cream cheese

My husband does amazing roast potatoes, he boils them until they go a bit soft, then gives them a shake in the pan so the edges look a bit fluffy. Then he heats some duck or goose fat in the oven on a high heat for about five minutes until it melts, then puts the potatoes in it and makes sure the potatoes have a good covering of fat. Then he seasons them with salt, pepper and any herbs or spices (these change depending on what roast we’re doing). And then cooks them for an hour. Omg they’re so good! So crispy and lots of flavour!

This was the best to watch thus far. These women were lovely and respectful

Aww, these women are so nice. I also love how Patty is always so excited to try her competitor’s food. She seems so delighted just to be trying other people’s take on classic dishes. I’m not a fan of roasted potatoes, but I will say I did love the look of the crust on Anne’s batch.
