Luckily, I was able to finally locate this particular clip after rummaging through the old external hds. So it is back online, Hyousa-ICE CHAIN (氷锁) by Rurutia ルルティア with English+Kanji lyrics subtitle. Now that I look at it, I see some parts that might use some adjustments in the translation but I am too lazy to rummage even deeper to recover the original source files...
Though the translation is imperfect, you would still get the mean across, and besides, you have the kanji reference to compare the accuracy of my translation....
