I had always wondered what WC stood for, 'watercloset' that's interesting to know, also my former English teacher, taught me to say toilet, when I used to ask to go to the 'restroom', I guess she learned it from British English. This kind of video lesson is so helpful, because, usually as I learn from both north americans and the UK alike, I tend to mix and say some words from one place and some from another.
