Hope you're all really well! I've got a nice video for you this week! An introduction to British etiquette! We have a reputation here in Britain for being polite - but how did we get this reputation? Well hopefully this video will shed some light on that! There will be plenty more videos like this as there's a lot to learn! :-)

As an Englishman who speaks PR living in the Southern part of the USA, everyone says I say please and thank you an awful lot. But I love the British language and I'm not changing my etiquette for anyone.

I have to agree with that Stefano. It really depends on people more and their education and degree of civility. There are basically rude people everywhere as much as polite people ;-)

I agree. In Italy the etiquette demands greetings when you get in and get out of a shop, please and thanks too are highly recommended if you want receive a nice service. Of course there are rude people but it is not the rule.

Many congrats first for your 'Silver Play Button' and your unboxing was such a lovely share where I had the pleasure of admiring you in your pretty 'Bavarian braids' :-) and in the picturesque setting of the green and pretty English countryside. Lovely flowery dress and a pittoresque frame. Very charming! Thank you for the adorable gratitude you expressed to your growing fans and your joy was a pleasure to see and rejoiced me. I didn't really learn anything new in this video, as I know enough about this aspect of the English etiquette and culture for having seen already quite a few videos on that subject. At the bottom, it is very similar to what we encounter in France basically, with a few nuances probably and according to the regions and even more, as everywhere, according to people themselves and their degree of civility and education... What I loved this time is more the rhythm, the atmosphere that you were able to print throughout the whole video, very positive, cheerful and playful. I adored your touches of humour that made me smile and even laugh. You seem fulfilled, happy, beautiful and radiant and it is a real delight and happiness for the listener and the spectator. In short, you appeared like a glowing sunshine and I just loved the video! 🌞💐 You shed a light indeed both in the proper and figurated sense of the expression. I'll be back if another thing should come to my mind when I re-watch the video as I usually watch them several times. Thank you very much for this lovely moment Katherine! There was a teacher whom didn't believe in the existence of God, one day he asked his students, do you see God? the students then replied no we don't see God, so the teacher said if you don't see God it means there is no God. then a smart student stood up and said to the other students hey guys can you see the teachers brain? then the students answered no we don't see the teachers brain, the student then said the teacher then is crazy, he has no brain :0) The universe science says was not always there, it had a beginning point, the big bang, meaning it was begun/initiated in other words created, thus there should be a creator, there must be a God. One God for all of us he created us all and can revive us again, God initiated everything, & he repeat/redo things too, & thats clear, we see many cycles of different things in life, also in summer for example the desert land becomes like empty and is filled with only sand, and when rain falls in abundance in spring or winter, after that small flowers & wild plants grow again, also, we see how humans and animals grow and how their body is formed from the elements which were in the sand which plants feed on which they eat, and after they die they go to the sand and their atoms/elements are taken by plants which humans & animals eat and their bodies grow from those atoms & elements found in the sand which came from previous humans & animals which died before, so God can bring us again after we die even if our atoms became in the sand he can make us from the same atoms we were made of or from other atoms if he want or make us be in a spirit form or like ghosts, any ways, everything in this life is recycled, learn if you want about the different cycles in life in nature, the food cycle or food chain, the water cycle, even the gas cycle that makes the air the oxygen &carbon dioxide &nitrogen cycles, even the energy is like recycled but only changes from form to another form. Anyways, God created this life but it's only a temporary sample/an example of a coming everlasting one which could be either in heaven paradise or in hell. If we try to be good humans in life, and try to obey God and his messengers-including the final messenger for all humanity the prophet Mohammed- and those whom rightly represent them, for example imam Ali & ahlulbayt the family/good descendants of the prophet mohammed, then we will all go to heaven/paradise, if not then we will go to hell fire and burn in it forever. keep shining sunshine &spread the light.

Hello! This is Cosmin from Romania. I came to the UK, England 9 years ago from Italy, so the comparison was perfect. I am still grateful to see this after 9 years. The problem is that someone else told me that "Brits got to the conclusion that "please" lost it's meaning because it was over repeated, so they do not use it anymore". Thankfully that was recent but I still stopped saying please. Now I understand how rude I was. Thank you for the videos!
