It's so sad, history always repeats itself. I agree with everyone, it was a very good drama depicting so many aspects of people and the environment that brings these wars come about. I couldn't help but to remember Ukraine, the most recent war in the world that is happening right now. No idea why so many people ruthlessly choose war over peace. The ugly face of war seems to repeat itself from generation to generation.

I really like it the story both of them are very excellent to act,very sad the ending both of them the biechen friend's are gone.biechen and hanging they didn't meet again.

They are suited for each other, if it's a real life, shawn Dou and Chen Duling, the handsome and beautiful couple.

But I feel not completed with the ending. I want to see them meeting each other and beichen carry his son .

Elle etait une victime de la guerre terrible qui venait de les frapper. Elle a fait une grande depression et elle a craque! Ouvrons l'oeuil et savings des vies SVP!

La guerra es muy cruel¡!

I was educated about this war.. Was intrigued with most of the storyline, was super disappointed with parts of the storyline of the wife, she was portraided as a weak, intolerant woman most times, unlike wives whose husband's are in Military Leadership etc (she was way too liberal)... The character Shaun Dou played suffered tremendously on every level, bore so many emotional scars, took so many beatings etc.. Yet proved himself with utmost dignity, wisdom and emotional constraints etc... Bravo my friend... I really hope your screen character impacted you to be a better you off screen... you should give your life totally to the Lord Jesus 🙌.. Obey the plan of salvation Acts 2 :38.. I've been watching some of your other films and the characters you play, I must say you are very unique.. 😊 🙏 🙌.. Overall it was a very good film, I cried lots, I laughed as well and got angry too.. Lol 😂 😅 nevertheless, this one deserves merits

Dana certe histoire on voit combien l'amour est un grand tresor pour les etres humains. Le hero est devenu un leader resposable par amour! Tres positif! Parfois ce que les parents ne peuvent pas faire, l'amour peut le faire. Tous les deux heros avaient besoin de murir et ils devaient apprendre a etre humbles, patients et perseverants chacun a son tour pour sauver leur union. Le hero a bien choisi sa femme il savait que c'etait une femme honorable et fidele en amour! Elle n'etait pas legere, flirteuse, vaniteuse et frivole! C'est tres important en amour! Cela est tres precieux parce que l'amour vrai est Fidele et exclusif. Sa crise de jalousie a malheureusement ete exploitee pour les separer et ils ont souffert! Mais elle est restee une femme Fidele elle ne s'est pas vengee par des aventures sexuelles pour l'humilier. Lui aussi a montre sa fidelite envers elle pendant les 5 ans de son abscence!

Que final, para mí amargo, digo a uno de los amigos lo capturan que pasó con el, al otro muere dolor, y el protagonista debió por lo menos reencontrarse con esa mujer que le mintió, esa protagonismo debió morir no los amigos.

Il faut aussi savoir pardonner sinon on boira a la meme coupe de souffrance... Voila que au moment ou elle avait besoin de lui, elle a du vivre sa grossesse seule dans un exil force pour 6 ans! Elle a du boire a la coupe de souffrance a laquelle elle avait condamne son Mari qui avait faute en doutant d'elle par jalousie, orgueil masculin et insecurite! Mais il etait aimant et Fidele, elle aurait du pardonner et patienter. Elle l'a puni trop severement par orgueil! Comme c'etait injuste c'est revenu! Elle a paye les mots durs, il lui a rendu sa liberte a laquelle elle tenait tant et elle a compris qu'elle avait manque de sagesse et d'humilite envers lui et qu'il pouvait faire la meme chose! Ce qui est tres bien c'est qu'elle a ete sage et humble. Elle est restee avec lui et ils ont meme vecu ensemble quelques mois! Ce sont les meilleurs moments de leur vie commune! Plus de soupcons, plus d'exigences, de caprices, les epreuves les ont rendus reconnaissants d'etre ensemble, et surtout d'etre en vie. La derniere separation leur a permis d'agrandir leur famille en securite. Tous les deux ont gagne, surtout le hero qui a gagne une famille avec la femme de sa vie, dont il est lui aussi le seul amour! Ca se termine bien! Ils seront plus forts avec leur enfant et j'imagine le hero changeant de carriere et s'exilant meme pour s'occuper aussi de son fils!
