[EngSub]Tianjin Professor Built Mysterious Residence: Zero Utility Bill All Year Round 神秘住宅：不花一分錢水電費 

In the spring of 2020, a Tianjin professor built a mysterious, low-key new house, Zero Cabin, in the Banbidian village of Daxing, Beijing. It is warm in winter and cool in summer, and it generates its own electricity. The mirror installation at the door can even charge phones directly. It didn't take long for it to become the first residence in China to receive a "near-zero energy consumption" sign.
2020年春天，北京大興的半壁店村，一個天津男教師在這裡造了一棟神秘、低調的新房子「零舍」。不僅冬暖夏涼，還能自己發電，院門口的鏡面裝置甚至可以直接給手機充電。沒過多久，它就成為了中國第一棟拿到「近零能耗」標識牌的民宅。
