Hello, i recently saw your old APC video, and would like to know what is the scenario for non soluble antigen B cell activation. For example in a Helminth infections, IgE are required for granulocyte binding to pathogen, but how do b cell activate if the ag cannot travel through the lymphatic system and it’s too big for APC to phagocytosis
