Love you Queen Eni! I’m so glad I got to watch this and then you shout out me and my brother Judah! The song Wehre Direh is my native language Bameta (Cameroon) which means Yahweh Help(Wehre) and Deliver(Direh)!

Eniola, thank you for introducing this crate artist into my life. And I’m grateful for God for introducing the green Room and yourself to me today. I’ve been a music teacher for years, and came home to be a homeschooling parent and homemaker for a season. This interview has a revitalized and resonated and awakened againcertain aspects of music, making and abiding in his presence that I had let die. Thank you for the blessing of this interview and your vulnerability.

This has honestly spoken to me. I'm 18 and my whole ambition especially with the chosen, young David, His only son etc. was to join this movement making stories, movies, paintings, poetry and TV shows etc. I really wish I knew Eniola too😭😭😭

So good!!! Wow I had a major months long creative block and while I listened to this I started working on some artwork again. Eniola came to an exhibit my creative group put on in Waco in like 2021, and it marked my leaders and I deeply. This got me stirred again to create

Ohhh, I had the ridiculous privilege to be at Belmont Church in Nashville on a Saturday evening at one of their Saturday night services, and it was the super early 90s when I was still in college (before I moved to Nashville and got plugged into Belmont Church off of music row). And it just so happened that Michael W Smith was leading worship that night (because that was his home church at the time and he regularly led worship which was a really normal thing) and that night was the first time he had ever shared and led worship publicly with his song Agnus Deo that he had written. And there was ZERO QUESTION if Holy Spirit was present! 😮 I think it would have been difficult for anyone there that night to not fully enter into a DEEP DEEP place of pure worship….all to the ONLY ONE WORTHY OF ALL OF OUR WORSHIP AND AFFECTION. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 That was a life altering moment for me personally and I’m not surprised it’s still being sung to lead people into a deep place of worship all these years later…..NOTHING compares to His Presence. Nothing.

I love these wide ranging conversations! Looking some new artists up on Spotify. We serve a God of creativity beyond anything we can imagine. We need to hear more from intelligent, anointed, talented, humble, people with a kingdom mindset like this that have a diversity of opinions. Love the story about the Glory of God!

I can relate to this so much when it comes to art and creating. People often ask me what am I good at and I always feel so silly saying art, poetry, writing stories, singing words that come to me, building things, etc. anything my hands and mind can create just do it. Not that I am great at all of them, idk. I am not bold enough to really be vulnerable with it all. Her story is an inspiration and encouraging. She’s a lovely lovely person and I’m thankful that she is so humble about the way YHWH is using her for His glory.

Love Eniola, but as a writer don't agree with what she says about art. I mean, expecting a work of art to only reflect the glory of God or so is why we have ended with millions of pictures of unmoving Lions, angels, crosses and doves, and why christians tend to ignore art. Bot as a creator and an expectator, I want art to be able to express the different stages and stances of humanity, leaving some sort of register of humanity so that others can relate. I mean, Jesus, fully human and incarnated, never avoid any emotion; he experienced humanity fully and left those kind of registers without saying: "ok, maybe the Christ shouldn't cry of feel hunger". I recommend some Jason Upton latest teachings on poetry to balance.

there’s a level of hunger when anything and everything reflects His glory and it’s how you want it at that point. EVERYTHING becomes about Him, no more self expression no more self identity or wanting to relate to “humanity”. It’s all about Jesus

@@xchorro well, that sound really cool, but as a 38 y/o christian I have heard this kind of gnostic discourse all over our [hyper]charismatical environments and guess what? it's both unsustainable and unbiblical. Jesus has a flesh, a body, and he embodies in me, in you and in His Church. He selected humans. He didn't expect us to be monothematic, but to bring him into every situation or topic so we can discover Him there. I can write a poem about a terrible topic, maybe about my disbelief or that I am angry at him and boom! Find him there. Like a totally different expression of His nature, one that I'd never experience if I stick to authorized, non-questionable writing worship songs, for example. He doesn't get offended by this (as most christians), because knows every human feeling and emotion, every temptation, every distress, because He chose to feel and experience it. Eugene Petterson says something like: Don't make void and impossible promises like "I give you my life completely". Because you will fail and it will make you feel guilty. Start by giving him your full attention for 15 minutes and we well see by then.

An artist that I love who I think does an incredible job with portraying the heart of God through really amazing art that isn’t cliche is Cody Miller. I would recommend checking his work out.

Honestly, this was NOT my takeaway from what Eniola shared at all. ALL is for His glory. Period. But she wasn’t trying to dictate what artwork should “look like” or “sound like” that the Glory of God falls on or what the artwork should look like that might reveal the Glory of God. Everything she shared here in this video to me seemed REALLY balanced because I personally believe every work of art can be an expression or act of worship as an overflow of one’s intimate relationship with Jesus, Daddy God, and Holy Spirit. Whatever /WHOEVER overshadows an artist or if they are fully filled and given over fully surrendered to THE CREATOR, as they create as an artist/creative is what will flow out of that piece of art whether it’s a song or an abstract painting. I actually believe God can absolutely use all forms of art to radically change and transform someone’s life forever. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I definitely appreciate the deep dive that Eniola and Will took here.
