Love this track. Forces the drivers to actually be drivers. Braking, shifting, trying to pass, gotta work on a guy to pass. Old school racing. Need 10 more of these tracks

I mean the racetrack has been there for years. It's also easier to build one in the Metro East, which is both more rural and flatter.

Actually Enjoy Illinois is the name of the state's tourism department. The state of Illinois likely paid Nascar for naming rights which St.Louis could have done.

Also the race track is in Illinois Proper. Yes it's a St Louis Suburb but not actually in St Louis

I never thought I see the day of chase Elliott and denny Hamlin form a tag team on ross Chastain 🤣🤣. But at least ross apologized as well overall good race hope we see this again next year.

I don't get the Ross Chastain hate, he races hard and doesn't give an inch. He's no different then all the other young hard charging racers, which I find ironic that the drivers known for the exact type of driving when they were 25 are the drivers complaining. Drive hard, win or blow it up. He's not disrespectful in post races, just likes to race tough and always owns up too his mistakes.

What a crazy bashy crashy race this was, Ross Chastain is very aggressive and seems to expect people to get out of his way, Elliot and Hamlin were not impressed by him at all and rightly so.

3:19:07 on the very last lap, a full five seconds cut away to the spouse of a driver, while they are battling down the field. NASCAR coverage is the worst of all I've witnessed of all racing disciplines. There were simply countless cutaways from an intense battle throughout the entire race. Simply unbelievably bad. I don't know how yall nascar fans could stand this crap.
