Please.. Denny schooled him that whole race. He has to slam him into the wall to win. If he races clean he’s not even side by side at the finish Denny smokes him 👍🏽
Tony Stewart won 2016 through a great strategy by his crew chief. Denny took advantage of Tony's wheel-hop on Turn 7. At that point that was Denny's for the taking until he also wheel-hopped and botched Turn 11 which gave room for Tony to go through his inside. Door-slammed him and that was that. That was good hard racing because neither won wrecked each other.
Suarez man...here I was thinking he might be on the chopping block due to Chastain pulling out such an amazing performance while Suarez was struggling to stay in the Top 20. Happy to be proven wrong, this guy has fought through so much since 2016 and he finally found victory lane
I've been rooting for Suarez ever since he juked out Kyle Busch and sent him spinning in the Coca Cola 600 this year. Now he finally gets to win his first race? ¡Nombe vato! That's what I'm talking about!
I don't care what anyone says with Hendrick leading 100,000miles lead all time Hendrick is the best team ever. In all of nascar's history Hendrick Motorsports is the best. Driver, Equipment, crew chief, engineers, or whatever the reason Hendrick is the best ever.
How on earth does a company like NASCAR only have 720p on RU-vid? wtf, at least give 1080p should be 4k if you want people to get into the sport more. Not like it costs them anything, just put the broadcast stream up.
Instead of suspending crew members for wheels coming loose how about punishing the moronic engineers that thought single lug wheels were a good idea. So unfair to be suspended all for an engineer's shortcomings!
Tony Stewart is and will always be in the same mentality and category as Dale senior and all the greats. Like Kobe or Mike, that mindset that nobody is gonna beat you but you.
Also the tires going flat which is dangerous and ruins a lot of drivers races. The quality from Goodyear isn’t that good at all and like you said the one lug has issues at times with fully tightening which isn’t good either
@@wilfredgonzales3260 totally agree. When you can't even spin out without popping tires it may be time to go back to the ole drawing board. I like the look of the new wheel but NASCAR totally jumped the gun on this design. Should've listened to the fans and drivers for once and stayed with 5 lugs.
Agreed, I kno these are so far away from stock cars today, BUT why get away from something that was still pretty much stock and required more skill to change (more fun for fans to watch). I'm sure NASCAR has said safety or costs or even something else technical.... but bottom line this seems like one pretty unique aspect as compared to other top tier racecar series worldwide (5 lug wheels), and they moved away from it. From my admittedly limited knowledge on subject, a horrible decision.
Howcome nascar doesn't like showing the cockpit and showing people jus what drivers have to go through weaving through the corners while shifting? Edit: My bad, we got to see some exciting pacing during caution from the cockpit for 5 seconds, amazing content.
Love Stewart in the booth, really happy for Suarez. I am a Elliot/Hendrick fan but always wished for the best for Suarez so with Chase out of it, I was happy to watch Suarez seal the deal at the end, he deserved this.
IF YOU are a chase fan you root 4 chase... 4 me if chase crash and not in the race i turn off the race 4 good till next week!!!! Chase9 4 life!!! No one else not a fake fan!!! Lol
Was there a rule change in pitting where you can't go across the red lines? I was taught that as long as you have the left tires, the right front tire and the splitter inside the box it was a legal pit
It's not the red lines, it's the white lines that outline your pit stop. For Elliot botched up pit stop, he had to back up once he left pit stall because the rear wheel wasn't fully secured, but he didn't back up enough, his front was still sticking past the white line that outlines his pit stall, so he got penalized.
The girl that gives duplicate info that the actual announcers say ... can't even get her 30 second stint right. During the Coke 600 she meant to say 400 lap race and instead said 400 mile race. Now in describing who has just pitted she meant to say Kyle Busch and instead said Kyle Larson. What ever she is getting paid to screw up is to much. Get rid of Jessie Punch.
Spying on every race team during the race with smi data is the most stupid thing I ever heard. It's cheating plain and simple to have any access to computer data during a live race. Say hello to F1 racing
I assume youre talking about how they run off at 4A? This is actually a really good track for track limits since its all dirt anywhere off the track but I get what you mean its really not hard to enforce track limits and make drivers race the track the way it was designed to be raced not just however the hell they want to but its NASCAR so of course its not that simple
@@dieterlange7581 I don't know. The announcers were talking about Chase's mixup, but showing another car. The pit road reporters never talk about the car on the screen. And all through the race they were showing cameras sweeping back to their starting place. Very unprofessional and aggravating if you want to watch what is happening on the track
