Enjoying the Little Things / Starting Grass Seed and Waiting for Rain on Our Off Grid Homestead 

This week on our off grid 61 acre homestead, we focused on: digging ditches, leveling out the pasture, and starting seed...AGAIN!
We did this when we initially moved on to the property last year, but a lot of bad weather and flooding has happened since, causing us to redirect our efforts to CONTAINING the water and PROVIDING a way for it to escape our pasture!
