There shouldn't even BE a map unless it's a map that you pull out of your pocket that doesn't have updated objectives, just a normal map. Would add A LOT more realism.
@@SomeJustice19k you know what would be very realistic? If you were born in 1920 and live for 20 years in America doing normal things, no cutscenes. Then you Enlist to be in the American army in March 1944 and get posted to France in June. If you die the game deletes itself and all the saved data along with it. That’d be true realism.
They probably have the players animation laggy and clumsy becasue in a milsim like game like this human movement is supposed to more natural. Where games like COD your literally sprinting across the map like your on concrete and the movements are super smooth.
@@Aundrich Lmao that's not because it's milsim that thoses animations looks slow, it is really slow, go watch some real footage and tell me where do you see soldiers moving like this lol, it's the beta, of course it will be updated.
Great game! I would say other than sound design is I would improve some of the movements and physics. For example, when the tanks shoot a round, there’s no kick or movement front the blast. I would love to see some kick back showing the weight of the blast. Not sure if this is physics or adding animations but it all adds to the immersion. Again, love the work in progress so far!
Needs better weapon mechanics, smoother animations, more dynamic explosion's, spawn needs to be looked at. Over all just make it harder for rushing side to advance. I know closed beta just giving criticism.
I think the mechanics are good, but since I'm a big cod waw fan I think a little more blood should be added when killing and at some point some creepy music that will make me shiver
I think what they said was they're going for authentic but not realistic. Meaning the atmosphere of the game will be gritty and all the stuff from ww2 will be there and it'll be locked to what team you're on, but other than that, they're allowing for some leeway on the realism.
They are working also on making squads and it's size more realistic. It's still closed beta though, gakin is going hard with his game but it's still in developing process.
Him sniping free handed for me was just painful to watch. You gotta go prone or mount your rifle on a ledge or something and get comfortable and aim. Free handed is too straining.
The hitbox is based off of cuisine royal which has Terrible Terrible Terrible hitbox. You have to be dead center to land a clean shot. Machine and rifle game play is laughably
@@thatperformer3879 We had the chance for an extraordinary ww2 game. But thanks to people like you it’s mostly ww2 0815. But for me it’s still the best battlefield I’ve ever played.

For the uninformed. This game only had eastern front for the first months/year of betas. The fact they added Normandy as a campaign is what led to the surge of interest
The movement is still a part that, even though it’s still in CBT, just doesn’t feel right it’s the same clunky mess like in Cuisine Royale. The same goes for the weapon sounds and especially recoil. Other than that it’s definitely better than Medal of Honor.
Not that much though. Plane and tanks physics are on realistic mode, like playing simulator on War Thunder, are there is bullet drop and bullets physics. It's still close beta but it hunk its heading in the good direction.
@@pinkacid the only thing this game has over BFV is the accuracy to its setting and even then it’s not spot on accurate. BFV looks, sounds and most importantly plays better
@@ruhidmohamad battlefield 5 does not look better than this. Battlefield 5 is too cartoony for my liking. look at the lighting in this game, the best I have seen.
U can do that already, in CBT. U can change servers and mods and u can invite friends and add them on ur list. Only thing that u cant do is sending private messages.
Looks like an arcade version of “Hell Let Loose”.Character models don’t look that great either. Narrator also sounds like a game show host. I’ll stick with HLL.
Looking cool. If it only came out without multiplayer... like the old medal of honor games. Damn it would be pretty amazing. We need more single player games nowadays.
Might be a buy for me. As long as movement and gun sounds are fixed. I'd also love an option to turn hud off, since having to confirm kills would make it a lot more interesting to me
