Sajid Javid has delivered a resignation statement in the House of Commons just minutes after Tory MPs used Prime Minister's questions to tell Boris Johnson to his face that he should resign.
Mr Javid quit as health secretary last night as Rishi Sunak also resigned from the Cabinet and a number of other Conservative MPs also left their Government roles.
The wave of resignations has continued today as Mr Johnson struggles to stabilise his ailing premiership.
