Full Fragrance Review of Ensar's EO No.1
This is a review of the Pure Parfum version, based in pure Ambergris tincture. If I wasn't investing every last penny of my money starting my own brand, I would personally go and buy the EDP version for my own collection, it's a beautiful fragrance. Prices certainly won't be for everyone, but I'd trust my money with Ensar over any of the highest niche brands around today for knowing I am buying true quality.

Peter, after your video of your visit with Ensar, I’ve been looking forward to these reviews!! When I see a product (of any kind), made with this extraordinary level of care, quality of ingredients, and thought, it generates a sense of awe and enormous respect for the person who did the work and I think this is the epitome of artisan perfumery! Meticulous craftsmanship (in all its forms) is such a beautiful thing to experience. This was a fantastic review and I hope you had a nice weekend...take care!!

Another amazing review Peter. This has sealed my decision to order a sample stat. Your video with Ensar is still the best fragrance related content I’ve ever seen on RU-vid and I hope you plan to do more with him. The best videos are teaching moments and that’s exactly what you guys gave us. Thanks again man.

Absolutely a wonderful review Peter. I have been in La La land with Oud Yusuf the past couple weeks. I will get the tester on this masterpiece soon. It's good to be alive Peter and thanks for your Love of the mother Earth. Peace my Friend.

It would be cool, it's a shame I couldn't do a comparison between this version and the original, it sounds like this one is balanced a lot more with the rose note

The ambergris tincture used is 10.75%. Ambergris concentration. wow. Great and refined review as usual Peter!

Crazy right, the strongest tincture I have is 6% more Ambergris tinctures used are between 2 and 3%

_Ensar Rules_ Yes Peter, Roja would charge $2,000.00 , or more . Ensar, Russian Adam , Sultan Pasha , we're lucky to have them

@@gunmetal2445 I just assumed that he was compliant because he's in London. Russian Adam is in Thailand and Ensar Oud is in Jordan. I went to his website to check his FAQ and it's a coming soon page lol. I'll assume that he managed to fly under the radar but will become IFRA compliant when his spray perfume is released.

Apparently it's quite different to the first batch from a while back... that one seems to be more oud and leather dominant

Ensar are one of the best oud attars hands down! I am proud owner of few attars already and looking to get this one as well! And it is such please to deal with him.

I'm glad he's offering a small size. Alot of people won't be able to afford it otherwise. I don't get much rose with my EDP version (not that it needs it). Would be interesting to see how this compares with the parfum.

From what I understand this version is different to the original one that people bought up, I guess this one is more evenly balanced with the notes, Steven Sproat is sending me a little sample of the original EDP version so I'll be able to compare!

FragranceView This reminded me to wear my EO1 again. I sprayed with my original decant (way back when it was first released) on one hand and got a rose tint at the opening. I sprayed with my unopened bottle (from Luckyscent) on my other hand and got a shade of jasmine at the top. They are from the same DNA but there are subtle differences. Beauty of naturals eh.

It was still there when I edited the video yesterday, and it's pretty new on the site so I think it will be there for a little while.. I think the versions that LuckyScent have at the moment are the old batch which smell different, that one seems to be heavy on the leather and oud

The best perfume - I smelt it 4 weeks ago and till now I crave it. Stuck between 7.5ml or 50ml - I'll need this for the rest of my life

@@hocineted7594 The problem I've faced with Ensar is that he changes up his formulation but doesn't really mention it. Believe me, what I smelt before he released the 9.5ml on his website was one of the best perfumes I've smelt. I bought one and it was very different. Then I bought another release, E01 which differed from all the previous ones I smelt.

Maybe a stupid question if so please forgive me but my exp. w/ oud is limited in so much asI've only smelled Tom Ford's Tobacco Oud Intense & Priv. Blend Oud Wood Intense. Are either of these a accurate representation of Oud? Thanks.

No, both don't represent oud well - oud wood intense has some facets to certain areas

In terms of quality of materials yes, I don't think HOM could afford to use a 10% concentration of Ambergris tincture as the entire blending agent for the perfume, and then combine it with wild artisan oud on top of that.. she wouldn't make any profit, Ensar can do it because he distills the oud himself
