The update today nerfed the double legend/gold ornament chests in the forest area. The buried gold chest is still present, but the silver and gold inside the cave have been removed.
4:45 the "Level 15 Double Legendaries" location has now been nerfed with the latest update. It used to have 2G+1S chests, now it contains only 1 golden chest.
Yup, I'm there right now. I stumbled upon this place on my own. Then saw this video and ran back there because 'how could I have missed the other chests??!' Of course as you said, they are no longer there. /cry
This is an amazing resource. So glad someone uploaded something like this because it feels like with how many items are available, I can never get a good upgrade to items that I want. Really wish the Heavy Specialization ability wasn't limited to hammers...
right behind the final gold chest of your vid you can dig down into a crypt as well ;) Many chests! Look for the pillars below u and dig down on the middle one
I just went into that crypt. I figured it out myself hahaha, I flew over that area and thought whats that.. and digged down. the chests gave same loot table.. been respawning a few times now
Hi there.. Nice video and guide ! Here is a little hint on your chest hunt during the early game side. These two are not mentioned during the wondeful tour at the Blue Goblin Tavern. But, check out these spots ( in the celler, take a closer look at the book shelf and after that, ( from the outside of the Tavern ) see if the roof needs a repear ) 😉 I´m btw. just moved to the Tavern permantly - love it 🍻😊

They are, the 25* means also 25 when enhanced/upgraded. All items of 20 or above can be 25 after 5x upgrade- they scale exactly has high max dmg wise as a 5x upgraded lv 25 - theres no difference between them
10:47 - This got nerf. It doesn't drop Lvl 20 weapons anymore but level 18. Also, there's a gold chest literally in the Kindle Waste tower. Just teleport to the tower, then from the teleport pad, turn right and look for the balcony from the left side of the edge. Just drop down and use your glider to avoid fall damage. You'll see a button behind some traps, press it, then just look for the chest in the room (it's a small room so you should see it quickly.)
In the Blue Goblet Tavern there are 2 more silver chests. One on the roof (req lock pick), smash the window behind the gold chest and jump to the roof. The second one is in the basement, behind a moving bookcase there is a small spider cavern, look right and you'll find it.
Need to do a video for all the legendarys that are special like the staff that is level 35 and the level 3 legendary sword just all the chest that have set loot
Thank you for the guide, well done and easy to follow. I noticed that the cave with the 2 golden chests is no longer giving the one by the Shroud egg and the Silver chess just the one outside. This is right from the first time accessing it, I killed everything first, including destroying the Shroud egg and nothing inside anymore. Playing Solo that is.
my biggest gripe about Enshrouded is the RNG required for getting gear. it seems like Elden Ring proved the best method was: the best loot comes from the hardest bosses.
At the Nomad Highlands Ancient Spire (10:49), if you glide from the shown Golden Chest to the wrecked buildings in the distance (shown slightly to the left of the Golden Chest at 11:11), there's another Golden Chest at the top of the tallest tower there. Easy enough to reach with double jump and a grappling hook.
There’s a gold chest partially buried across from pike you can put a flame next to it. It’s lvl 15-18 I forget but very good. No mobs takes 20 secs to load grab load
Can you please do a vid on how to acquire all 114 talent points? I get the Level + Root paradigm, but I am missing something as I am nowhere near the cap. (Granted I may be missing a lot)
down south behind the mountain where you get the legendary glider is a flat plateau with a golden treasure chest that drops legendary 25+ gear. you can just put the altar outside of the chest range and walk up. it takes less than 20 seconds to save, reload and loot again
your description sucks, could you specifically describe which flat plateau, looking at the map there are several and the closest one to the glider has nothing on it
@@bardiche1989 it's south-west of the glider temple tower. The flat plateau is very low down, quite close to the red river of death. There's a small wooden platform near it. The chest is sitting on a pile of rubble. Hope this helps
There is another golden chest to the west of the sun temple where you was hitting the tomb, on your map is still shaded gray. that small area there is a chest
@04AMofficial - in the far East Sun Temple, you forgot to loot the tomb on the first level to the left of the door, you have to use a pick axe to get in and fight a skeleton guard but that's got some legendary loot as well.
You missed two chests in the Blue Goblet Inn - one on the roof, there is a grappling hook point off of a balcony and one in the basement behind a book case.
Thanks for the video. I'd been farming the southern sun temple till now, and fancied a change of pace. ^_^ There's another gold chest not far to the south west of said sun temple, at the bottom of a very steep drop. There's a grapple point there, so I imagine you're supposed to get there from the shroud. BUt I don't have a level 4 flame yet. =D
iam personally not gonna spend to much time on farming legendary's.. update in 2months or so will prolly increase our lvl.. and also the max lvl items :p
@04AMofficial If you want to make the far east sun temple farm even more efficient you can upgrade the flame altar to level 2 (80x80x80) dismantle the first door. then walk up to the small window and dismantle the window frame. From a full sprint you can run right through he window without stopping. Doing these things cuts down each run by 7-10 seconds.
There’s a really easy ornamental gold chest farm I am waiting to see in these videos. Would share but it was on Reddit so can’t steal sharing it because I know 04AM would not approve of that
Unless they did the nerf on the lower sun temple the last day I was getting legendary equipment from it just a day or so ago still. They might have lowered the drop rate but I got full end armor sets and legendary weapons of all the types from it.
Hey @04AM want to know about, have you ever find locked golden Ornament, as I did found one that required lockpick and it been my favourite spot ever since! Also one spot come with few iron depots and few luminous depot also copper depot in one area where there only 4 critters and one explosive critter that's it. Pretty easy mining place to do.
@04AM where to find/hunt raw wolf meat. I know there a few wolves around the main base. but I find it inefficient since I see 2 or 3 and maybe 1 will drop the meat.. hehe
the 1 ornate gold and silver chests at 6:00 in this video are not there for me.....these first 2 got removed. the ornate gold up the ladder and outside around to the right of that room is still there though
Yeah man. I've been experimenting holding different items while flying to see if I can consistently get back into flight without losing much altitude after canceling. Wands are bad. Consistently doesn't not work when wand is equipped. But beside that it seems to be whatever the server feels like.
Once you're gliding and have used updraft, hold down space, right click to cancel and you'll instantly start gliding again, tap space to updraft again then release and hold down space again, repeat as required. Took me a little while to figure it out, releasing space between updrafts seems to be required.
Was that last chest nerfed? I opened it about 20 times today, and only got 1 legendary. Yesterday, before the patch, the chances were much higher... but it might just have been bad luck
I tried the one SW of Ancient Spire in Nomads highlands. After my first loot, I logged out and back in but when I go back to that chest it's empty. Any ideas? Thanks for the vid!
@@Kontract_ yeah the chests I tried replenished finally after I checked hours later but trying get them to replenish by quitting to menu doesn’t seem to work for me. I don’t understand this at all
@@FIBONACCI_V_ Based on my testing today, here's what I found. I play on a server with my brother (he set it up as host). That server resets every two hours. While working at home, I was able to login every two hours and farm the same chests and shroud roots. My guess about the "log to main menu" reset is that's for solo/private gameplay. Just a guess. I kind of like the every two hours though. It allows me to abuse the mechanic but not too much.
Can't wait for more of this game to be finished. Hopefully it's not like Valhiem and we'll be waiting years. I really like this game. It's a bit too easy to become an unkillable god and that kinda ruins it for me.
Unfortunately, many of your places to get to in your guides depend on being able to do your "gain altitude while gliding" trick, which I have been absolutely unable to replicate. Watched the vid where you explain it, still no-go. It's not a matter of mana regen. I can't make the initial climbs happen, even right after jumping off a spire. I have the legendary glider. It's a matter of making the interface do what you're doing.
It's actually pretty easy to pull off, just gotta have the updraft skill with 2 repacity rings, and do a secondary bind on the cancel action so your character doesnt pull out their shield or try to block, jump and spam the jump button, then hit your second binded cancel button and spam jump again, saved me a few times from falling into lava and its an amazing skill to use, i dont even have double jump either
