They just need decent financial backing and better marketing. I worked with them for many years as the overrunning clutch supplier. They just lived on the edge financially for decades so stocking parts was challenging for them. They make a great heli. 🚁

Had heard some weeks ago a buyer was lined up. Great news! I’ve worked with their engineering group for many, many years. They really need the better marketing. They have been living off foreign military/police sales and should easily be able to compete with Robinson on the piston and turbine models on new ship production and cost/hour.
I am so glad to hear this news! The prior company was owned ultimately out of china, and I just didn't want to buy a helicopter and send the money over to the ccp. And I'm a Sweetwater customer, and they are a great company! So I am thrilled to hear that they are going to take this already really fine helicopter and help it live up to its potential!
