Ensuring quality healthcare for the community by building accountable local leaders in Davao 

The World Health Organization (WHO) and the Department of Health (DOH), with support from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), are working together to empower local authorities in ensuring quality healthcare for the community through the Subnational Initiative Phase 2 (SNIP2).
Through the Performance Accountability System (PAS) introduced by the program, local leaders are more actively involved in forming, implementing, and assessing health programs.
