I just got a wall mimic while fighting the bullet twins. Will have to say, if you get one in the boss fight, especially if it's your first one and have no idea what's going on, you're screwed.
I was wondering why a Winchester rifle appeared in a room all out of a sudden... I didn't encounter it directly, I detonated a dynamite enemy and the explosion trajectory hit the mimic and killed it.
I was absolutely terrified when I first encountered the wall mimic. The only time where I was just as terrified was when the gripmaster suddenly pulled out a gun when it failed to grab me.
Literally anything can be a mimic now Chests yep Shrines yep Walls yep Rat chests yep Let’s just hope that the next time you run into a shop it isn’t also a mimic
I have not seen them in my nearly 40 hours of gameplay. I proceeded to be killed by one in the Oubliette and have one appear TWO ROOMS IN A ROW in Gungeon Proper.
Dude I encountered wall mimic only once and it happened when I just started a run, shot two random bullets at the wall next to the door to the first room and here he is..
Not quite rare, i have 3500 hours played and they are more of an annoyance, they dont give you good quality items but sometimes they give you funny items like remote bullets which are great.
3500 hours in and i actually only enjoy encountering these when they give you some funny items like remote bullets. (They dont give you good quality items so thats their only use)
